Today had 2 Area Rugs and they look wonderfull, the young man that cleaned my rugs was polite and knew what he was. Thank you again. I am very pleased.

Nick the guy that came out was great and did a wonderful job. However, I booked this appointment because I had been emailed a coupon, called the confirm the price and then when he came was told it was going to be $600 more than what I was told. I ended up just doing one room of carpet and no furniture and it was still almost double the coupon promotion price.

I've been using this company for years. I always have a slight problem with this company but nothing that can't be resolved. But this Saturday September 27, 2025. They sent a Technician to my house that was High off Drugs. I've been trying to get in touch with the company so I can get my refund because I never received service. The guy came looked at the carpet and told me a price of $180. Then said he needed a break because he was tired and to give him 10 minutes. 45 minutes went by.. I went to the truck to see what's going on. He was looking in his phone and smoking a cigarette. I said what time are you starting. He said ok I'm coming now. As he started to grab the equipment I can tell that something changed about him. So he attempted to come take my payment again. I told him I already paid. He was looking crazy and his deminer changed. I almost called the police but my husband showed up right on time. I was kind of scared. I'm having trouble reaching the company now. They are not answering my calls or returning them. I just want my money back..

Been using We Clean for years. They always do a great job cleaning the carpets, prices are good and the staff is always polite. Good company

My go-to company for carpet cleaning! The technicians are always knowledgeable and do not push for unnecessary additional services. The cleans are well done, and pricing is very reasonable.

My boyfriend and I hired we clean carpets to do 2 rooms, when moving out of a rental. We were very clear that we wanted no other services. And they committed to their 2 room deal.
They ended up charging us 100 dollars more without our permission, and when we called to rectify it, they said they would get back to us and then refused our calls.
This place is shady. I will be pursuing this through my bank and reporting this to better business bureau.

Giving this company 5 stars, but I wish I could give them 10. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Booking our appointment was easy. The scheduler worked with our schedule and found us the perfect day and time. On the day of our appointment we got a very polite phone call an hour before the technician arrived to let us know he was on his way. When he got there he reviewed our carpet and came up with a plan to clean them to our expectations. He told us exactly what it would cost before he started the work. When he finished we were in awe. Our carpets looked like a million bucks. The result was worth every penny. I will be booking with them again next holiday season

Richard was great! He did a great job, and was fast!!! They cleaned my carpets way better than Stanley Steamer did. I will use them again!

Don't waste your time or money. They use your water and your electricity and try to upsell you. Missing dirty spots. Never again....

Not happy! My banister was damaged due to the cleaners hose that was draped over it while he was working upstairs. Also an end table was chipped. That table was just purchased yesterday. Also big pools of water were left on the wood floor leading from the kitchen all the way out to the front door. I had to go out and ask them to come in and wipe up all the water. Terrible service

Fast and thorough work. Great advance notice of arrival time and courteous interactions. The carpets look beautiful and the staff was helpful. Couldn't be more satisfied.

All the trouble spots on my furniture are now clean! I had a sectional and 2 chairs cleaned.had some urine, food and random stains that needed addressed. Tech was great, cleaned up when there was overspray and left space as he found it.

Jon provided excellent service and I would request him again. I feel so bad because I forgot to give him his tip. I had it ready for him, but I was preoccupied and just forgot to give it to him. Sorry, sorry Jon. I promise to double up next time.
