Never called or spoke with anyone from kb lewis but will most definitely give you guys a try....my landlord was advised to exterminate her entire rental property but of course being older and stubborn and "always right" wasted $800 plus on a new floor and another pocket breaking $700 towards an bed bug company that did not rid the problem..
Still have an infestation thats throughout the building.
Im gonna have to deduct from my rent to solve the problem myself due to the lack of her not properly handling the situation....hope you guys are as good as you say.

Absolutely terrible. I had them come in for bed bugs service and as soon as they left we found bed bugs a day later behind a dresser which I am assuming they didn't treat. They were onlythere for 45 minutes total. I called them back and they blamed everything besides themselves. This is not a real extermination company make sure you go elsewhere.

Guys were nice however, being “nice” didn’t solve the bed bug issue. The bed bug issue was on the main level. The Day before the scheduled appointment I called SEVERAL times and didn’t receive an answer.

Day of appointment: they called to say that they were overbooked so they needed to reschedule for an earlier time and that they were on their way. Um luckily i was home however, I didn’t appreciate that since i had a client in my home (hair braiding) at that specific time, but i agreed to let them come. Ok great.
They arrive and “exterminate” the main level while my client was there. I wasn’t able to completely observe and give my undivided attention(my fault) since i was providing a service as well.

Prior to their arrival both my cousin and I packed up all of our things in plastic bags and put them in the basement. We didn’t spend much time at all in the basement and hadn’t noticed any bugs like we did on the main level but We were going to have the basement done at a later date just to be sure. The basement extermination was also going to be contingent on how well they performed their services on the main level. They sprayed my cousin’s room and they discovered that his room was where the infestation initiated. Then they did my room but i wasn’t present in the room to monitor. They came to the living room and sprayed the couches and that was it. They did not spray windowsills nor did they spray baseboards (which didn’t register until they left because my mind was honestly elsewhere)so i assumed they did the same in my room. My cousin said they sprayed the baseboards in his room (probably because he was standing right there to monitor)

FYI I thoroughly washed and dried EVERY SINGLE ARTICLE OF CLOTHING before bringing it back into my room. I even bought their spray and sprayed the baseboards myself. I used alcohol as well.
The day that I’m setting my bed up .... i go downstairs to grab the sheets out of the dryer ,come back and BOOM ..a grown bed bug on the mattress 🙄 mind you i hadn’t brought anything back into my room just yet except for the sheets at this point. Didn’t make a big deal. Just thought “ok this was probably the last one” 😂
Weeks later i noticed more bugs in my bed as well as the curtains.
I know they didn’t spray my mattress thoroughly. I moved my bed from one place to the other and the window curtains where my mattress was closer to previously no longer had signs of bed bugs but the window curtains were my bed is now has tons of them.
Called and told them and he tried to blame it on the fact that i “probably” transferred them from the basement. First of all, I HADNT EVEN BOUGHT ANYTHING BACK INTO MY ROOM YET WHEN I SAW THE FIRST BUG after they Sprayed! And secondly, i was very CAUTIOUS to make sure that everything was thoroughly washed and dried before bringing it into my room. He was very rude,condescending ,defensive, & overall a smart Alec. How are you upset with me because your services suck? Should not I be UPSET WITH YOU because i spent money for nothing?
I wrote this long novel of a review just to say: Do not use them!

My experience with this company was great! He was on time, did a great job and was very respectable! I strongly recommend them to everyone!

Very friendly and helpful, we had a bb problem that he felt with, told where the problem came from and helped us get rid of it, I recommend this company very highly, and it's not costly, good price, and good service. And he came all the way out here to steger twice just to make sure the problem was gone,
