You would think that any fairly intelligent individual reading the reviews of this business would first ask themselves why a very high percentage of the reviews are extremely negative, in addition please take notice of the abhorrent use of the English language used by this company in their replies to customer complaints in regards to their service. It is painfully apparent that the individuals associated with this company are not the type of people you want to associate with on any level, let alone do business with. I am going to refer this company to my associates in the attorney general's office, who will i am completely certain, institute a full review by the Better Business Bureau. Furthermore, i pray that these individuals choose to reply to this post in the flippant manner in which they have responded to others, i would love to read their stumbling over their lack of proficiency of the english language as they attempt to reply with intelligence to an individual who is obviously more than their match, furthermore, i am sure that any reply made by this company would only supply more proof as to their ignorance.

KB Lewis was very professional and informational he did a excellent job on killing the bugs and he told us how we should go by cleaning and keeping the bugs away, we have to do one more treatment, and will definitely be giving him a call to come back out to finish the job, thanks again 😊 we really appreciate it!

I had used KB service once. I needed him again to do some work . I read this review. I can't say what experience Mr.Brown got. He might have some complains which he should have asked KB to fix but I find the review damaging a hard working guy's image and made me speak for him. I found his service very satisfactory.
If I ever have a problem with any company, I first complain to the company to see if they try to work on it before ruining any one's reputation who is trying to earn legitimate money.

I usually don't add reviews regularly but I had to this time! I contracted KB Lewis for a bed bug infestation in my home. My family followed all of his instructions, including treating our cars. I purchased additional spray just in case. That was over a year ago in 2020. Well, I haven't seen a bed bug here since! If there's one here, it's dead! If you see bugs in your home don't hesitate to call right away. It's worth it!

They are great! 100% recommend! They were very thorough with everything in our rooms and made sure to check every nook and cranny. They were also very friendly and explained what they were doing. Super glad we got them ^_^

I requested their services a little over a week ago and I have to say they exceeded my expectations. If you want high quality and professional services at a very reasonable rate you have found it and more. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their services. He honored his estimate he gave me and that is a sign of a business that cares more about their customers than a dollar and because of this I will recommend them to everyone I know. I was denied bed bug inspection services because I requested that both him and another professional inspect the apartment. He belittled me about my homelessness and living in an Airbnb. He seems to have his emotions and pride intertwined with his business. He didn’t even bother to call me back, text me, or do anything. He accused me of being arrogant for wanting a second opinion and even turned my fiancée’s family against me without any evidence. He spent hours on the phone, talking poorly about me, my childhood, and my experiences as a homeless person living in a hotel. Please do yourself a favor and choose someone else for your bed bug inspection. He needs Jesus, and that’s something he can’t simply eliminate.
