As a consumer it is very hard to find a company that provides quality customer service, and especially, their products used to clean and so when I found USA Carpet Cleaning Pros, my service received surpassed my expectations. Prior to coming here, I regretfully went to a well-known industry competitor and was grossly dissatisfied with the outcome. I was outrageously charged and I still had spots on my rug and refuse to fix the issue. I truly appreciate and thankful for USA Carpet Cleaning Pros. As this company expands, I know for sure that this company's quality products and superb service will never die but will flourish and strengthen. Being compassionate and personable I believe are some of the core values of a successful business and you will find that here and more at USA Carpet Cleaning Pros. Its been two years doing business with them and I don't plan on leaving because great work is hard to find.

Spilled a massive cup of coffee on a nice rug. Tried to clean it unsuccessfully myself before calling USA Carpet Cleaning. They answered immediately and Isaac came out to assess the situation on short notice. They took the rug, cleaned it & returned it in a very short window. It was incredibly affordable, and Isaac was excellent to work with. Great communication and top notch service. Highly recommend!

This company is awesome. Was able to clean my carpet at a late notice and did an excellent job. My carpet was filthy as I had two hospice patients in that room and the young man had it looking like new.

The carpet was clean. However the Customer Service sucks. I had a two o'clock appointment. The technician showed up at three fifty one to be exact. I contacted the company when the technician was Forty five minutes late with no call Ameri I believe that's his name. Kept playing with the prices.

Customer service! beware!

I had an area rug cleaned and USA Carpet Cleaning Pros gave me an estimate per sq ft. They came and picked it up right on time and mentioned that it would be complete and ready for drop of in up to 10 days pending severity of pet stains, and mine were severe. 10 days passed and I heard nothing, which wasn’t problematic but I would have appreciated updates after the initial time elapsed. I asked for an update and was told they’d get back to me and after a few more days, still no word. I called again and was told that my rug would be delivered by end of business week. All good.

The rug was cleaned just fine but what was puzzling to me is that the payment seemed to have been expected as soon as the invoice got to my inbox, when the service experience was exactly to the contrary. The irony of that was fascinating. They even called to ask when I would pay minutes after the rug was dropped off, though previously I’d explained that I had been working under a deadline and would pay asap. I do think that communication and self-awareness are areas of opportunity but all hope is not lost. I’ve got another service scheduled on Monday and hope to have a better experience.

This company does an amazing job from customer service on down to the physical cleaning. Issac spent extra time to make sure our carpet stain was removed and soften. They have definitely earned customers for life. Ty

Same day service! Isaac was very responsive. Texted me when his job wav completed and throughout my upcoming appointment. He was able to get out large red stain that my machines were not able to remove.
