This is my third time using Chicago Couch Cleaning and they NEVER disappoint! Clear and easy scheduling and communication (via text; so convenient). Transparent pricing. Prompt and efficient service. Incredibly respectful of my home. I knew a light colored couch would be a risk with a love of red wine and a Samoyed, but Chicago Couch Cleaning keeps it looking like new.

This is my second time using Chicago Couch Cleaning and I will continue to use their services in the future. Both times, the team has been timely, professional and very thorough with the clean. They were able to remove a coffee stain off my light colored carpet as well as oily dog fur stains off my white couches. Scheduling is quick and easy. The price is comparable if not cheaper than some other companies I found. Really grateful for their quality work and happily recommend.

I required a white fabric headboard and a white sofa to be cleaned. The cleaners were exceptionally professional, friendly, efficient, and performed an outstanding job. Igor and Igor (the cleaners) provided valuable insights on how to maintain the cleanliness of the furniture and recommended specific solutions for spot treatments, emphasizing the importance of avoiding certain methods. Igor and Igor were AMAZING. We’ve had our white couch and rug for years and through time and a dog we desperately needed it cleaned. They did a fantastic job and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Chicago Couch Cleaning did an awesome job on my sofa. Scheduling was easy via text, fair estimate and they were able to fit in the schedule in a few days. Texted before arrival and arrived within promised time window.
Cleaning results are outstanding. They really supposed all my expectations. Stains and soiled areas are all removed. Couch looks brand new and smells fresh. Its a pleasure to work with this company and I am definitely going to be their return customers for my furniture cleaning needs.

Their customer service feels personal, not rushed, and genuinely focused on delivering a great experience.

The technicians, Igor and Igor, are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to explain the process. Each visit has resulted in noticeably cleaner carpets and the removal of tough stains I didn’t think would come out. They work efficiently while still being very thorough and careful with the surrounding space. It’s rare to find a company this consistent and reliable across multiple visits.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning and outstanding customer service.

Please note - they do have a minimum of $250, so if you need spot cleaning, talk to the company directly about other services that will help you reach this minimum. They were fair with me in terms of pricing.

Igor and Igor of Couch Cleaning Chicago were amazing. They were right on time and clearly explained the process and products used to clean my sectional. They were efficient and timely. I highly recommend using this company. It was also very easy to schedule just by texting them and they were able to come the next day. 10/10!

I’ve had used their services twice now. Not only are they friendly, but extremely thorough and quick! We had tough stains from a candle that burned too long and left soot residue removed completely from white chairs. I highly recommend.

I've used Chicago Couch Cleaning twice now, and they've been consistently reliable! On time, quick but thorough with their work, and my white couches have come out looking like new. I hired SWEEP to do a cleaning right before I had my baby. They did a fantastic job! Everything was spotless and done in a timely manner

I have used Sweep 2x now. Once for a move out clean and once for a deep cleaning. They arrived on time and did a great job. I plan on setting up reoccurring appointments very soon.

Definitely the cheapest option for a home cleaning and I felt like the ladies did an excellent job both with what I requested and going above and beyond with what I didn't even think of! I used their services to clean my condo I just purchased and they did an excellent job.

So disappointed. Not only was the cleaning not thorough, but they left a WET SPOT in my bed, took a week to find out it was just spilled water they didn’t tell me about. Had my bedding professionally cleaned, requested they at least refund me that amount. See the screenshots of emails attached - I had to follow up with Brando multiple times, and he has stopped responding. Never got any kind of refund.

Not only was the cleaning service so bad it created more work for me, but the customer service was awful too. Go elsewhere!

I cannot say enough great things about this company! They arrived on time, were courteous, and took time to find out what my priorities for the cleaning were. Then they GOT TO WORK. I couldn't believe how efficient and detailed they were! The place is SPOTLESS. Also, they quoted me the best rate out of 5 different places. Will definitely use again.

I had the pleasure of using this company for a move-out clean on one of my units. The previous tenants had left the place pretty gross. SWEEP was a lifesaver, they worked around my schedule, were fast and left the place SPOTLESS. I could barely believe that it was even the same place! Thanks again for going above and beyond to keep me, and my new tenant happy.

We hired Sweep to clean our condo and we're very happy with the service we received. The ladies that came out were very thorough, friendly and professional. They cleaned areas we didnt even think to that other services we have used didn't pay attention to. Their customer services was great and prompt with their communications. Definitely recommend these guys and we'll be using them again!
