Copy Cat Cleaning is the contractor for our building I have watched him now for just about a year , although he is a very nice individual he does absolutely nothing I have watched him on too many occasions he take the recycle can to the front , picks up a little paper and then he is gone , the only time he actually can into the building and vacuum is when it was time to renew his contract , the building itself is filthy there is spider web and dirt all on the steps the floors haven't been vacuumed since March this guy is so lazy and he is still getting paid .I am sorry but it's the truth I don't post negative post for anyone but this one is necessary and If I need to post pictures of the dirty building I can . I'm just tired of this guy getting paid to do nothing. My building is 115th and western

I really wanted to like the company I believe the structure is there for a very successful cleaning company but for the needs I had in my multi-unit building I thought the cost for what you get was good but the finished product needed constant attention repeatedly and then I still ended up cleaning much of it myself again... For a move-out cleaning you would think they would move the range of the refrigerator and clean under it it is absolutely filthy and both of them moved out with ease I understand not wanting to rip the gas line up the wall but the people that are cleaning aren't 5 year olds. I also can't really recommend the grout cleaning either while again, cost effective - not a great value I don't believe the machine orbital they use did anything but clean the tiles the grout is still dirty and we'll need to be scrubbed with a grout brush. It's possible they just didn't use a grout brush at all which, what's the point of getting a grout cleaning if you're not going to use chemicals or scrape the grout with a brush? The services I needed Were move out cleaning, unfortunately I will be finding another company to do the post Construction cleaning and the Blind Cleaning for the entire building.

Lakeview Maids cleaning service has been a very positive experience for us! From the first “deep clean” up through today’s clean, I have been very satisfied! Usually the same two ladies come to clean and they do a fabulous job!!!
They are always cheerful, helpful and cooperative. If I need a little extra help on a particular day, they are always willing to help me.

We have a routine for housecleaning of every two weeks, but if I need change the date or need more help; it’s only a text away. Ana and Olga run a very efficient business. They are very flexible and yet the girls are ALWAYS punctual. I feel like I always have complete communication with Lakeview Maids whenever I need it!

This was our first time using Lakeview Maids, from the moment I spoke with Ana on the phone on what we wanted clean for our first visit- I chose to do a deep clean first and then schedule monthly cleanings, starting in December. She asked questions, listened to what we wanted cleaned to getting to know our family and dog. Knowing that we would have the same team at our home for each cleaning, made me feel assured. The team was wonderful and our house was fantastic after they left. I can't wait for them to return next month! Just what I needed in time for the holidays.

We have been using Lakeview Maids cleaning for a bi-weekly cleaning since December at our house in Lincoln Park and then in Lakeview when we moved. Olga typically does our cleanings and we had Marta recently as well. Both do an excellent job and are friendly and professional. We are always so happy with our service and it’s such a nice stress relief to have a clean house. We have a dog with a lot of shedding and it’s so nice having the dog hair gone (atleast for a few weeks :) ). Also I have had to reschedule or cancel on a few occasions and I never have a problem calling and getting my cleanings moved. Thank you for the service and we’ll keep using L.M.

I recently had my house thoroughly cleaned by the fantastic team of Olga Marta. I had never used a cleaning service before, and I admit, I was a little skeptical. However, they did a marvelous job. My house has never looked better. They went far beyond what I expected and even rearranged some of my belongings to make for a less cluttered layout. I was so impressed that I requested they be my dedicated cleaning crew in the future. They are extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. You can’t go wrong when they come to your house and make it sparkle.

Really great service. Called them to come clean my condo last weekend in preparation for my in-laws coming over. They were very easy to book and gave me all the information through email which made it easy to keep track of. On the day of the cleaning, two cleaners arrived and started working immediately. They did a fantastic job and were able to even get my oven out to clean the backside of it! Thank you LM

They are very friendly and trustworthy. They were friendly with my dog (unlike some house cleaners who are afraid of animals). They cleaned, vacuumed and dusted every room thoroughly. They even cleaned and dusted the ceiling fans and AC air intake grill. Upon leaving, the kitchen, bathrooms and hardwood floors were all sparkling and shining...The next time I schedule a cleaning with Lakeview Maids, I will be requesting Sean and Marta to be my cleaners again...Thanks again!!!
