They do not answer the phones. How can you use the service?

Cleaners come to our home every other week and have done an outstanding job! As they arrive in a team of 2 they can clean my very large home in less than 4 hours. I appreciate them and find their work indispensable to my life and my family's.

E&K cleaning service did a great job on our condo unit. From base boards, to the cabinets, to the inside of the fridge and most important the bathrooms looked spotless.. Would Def recommend this cleaning service to everyone. Prices are competitive and range from $140-160 for a 3bd 2bth

We contracted them to come 1x/month to clean the common area of our condo building. It's 2 stairwells and two entry areas.

They charged $70 for the service. Which seemed a good deal. But after a while, things got fishy. Owners in the second stairwell asked at a meeting if we ever planned on having building cleaning service again. I replied that I was surprised they asked because we did contract cleaners. Another resident said that they usually were on site for about 5 minutes and then left.

So the next time they came, I watched. They were here for just under 9 minutes and cleaned 1 stairwell. Sort of. They vacuumed landings and then left. I would call it the bare minimum, but that seems generous. $70 for nine minutes equates to an hourly rate that even my lawyer doesn't charge.

I emailed and they said they would come back and remedy it. They didn't. They say they did, but if they did, they managed to clean without any evidence of cleaning. So then I told them that we wouldn't require their services any longer and they should send back our keys. Which 3 months later they still have not done.

And normally I would let this all slide as a bad vendor and not leave a review. But then they went and sent the bill for $70 for that last 9 minute visit to a debt collector. I mean after not providing the service for which we were paying for probably close to a year and not copping to the fact that they charged $70 for a 9 minute visit, they went and did that? Come on, now They claim that they track time per visit. Which they might. But I can sit in my car for 30 minutes and say I was somewhere for that time as well - I saw them spend 9 minutes in our building - and other owners think that 9 minutes might have been an extended visit.

Again, bad service. Dishonest owners. AND THEY REPORTED A DEBT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY FOR A SERVICE THEY DID NOT PROVIDE.

Avoid at all costs.

Great company! Were able to schedule last minute cleaning yesterday and I'm so happy I ended up calling E&K cleaning. 2 ladies who came did an amazing job and managed to finish everything in 2 hrs. Definitely will use them again when needed!

The ladies who took care of my apartment were extremely friendly, courteous, and did their job well. They were incredible. This is something I didn't have time to do. From start to finish they made it so easy! I definitely recommend them and I will absolutely be using them again. Why have not I done this before.

I recently moved in to a new condo and hired E&K for the “move-in” service, which in my case was limited to the kitchen and bathroom. The crew arrived without a single scrub brush and simply wiped down the bathtub and sink with a cloth, failing to cover any of the fixtures and leaving the entire base of the toilet dirty and untouched. Additionally, my unit is carpeted and they did not supply a proper vacuum.

Finally, they stated that cleaning the inside of the dishwasher and washer/dryer is not part of the move-in service, which has not been the case for any previous services I’ve ever used.

After attempting to resolve this directly with the owner (and requesting only a partial refund), she will not process it on her end and insists that I handle it directly through the credit card company, leaving the onus on the customer to not only re-clean the poor work done by her team but spend additional time disputing the charge.

E&K Cleaning Service is a lifesaver! Our apartment had become so cluttered and dirty that it was hard to keep up with the cleaning. But after hiring E&K, our apartment has never been so clean! Their team of cleaners are professional, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a job for amazing cleaning experiences.
