OCD did another fantastic job cleaning a condo rental for us and my client and the new tenants could not be happier. This was a fast turnover, with tenants moving out and new tenants moving into a 2 Bed 2 Bath which required a rigorous deep cleaning, and they finished in less time than we had imagined, even removing mildew from corners of both showers and an extremely greasy kitchen exhaust vent. The entire apartment was spotlessly cleaned in a matter of about 2 hours, giving us time for crucial adjustments before the new tenants took possession.
