Blanca has been reliable and thorough in our home for several years now! She goes above and beyond to make our home clean and serene. She consistently cleans each room and bathroom and doesn’t leave until everything is complete. We are very appreciative of Manic Maids scheduling and flexibility and especially for Blanca’s friendly demeanor and positive work ethic.

The whole experience was great. They were able to get someone in the next day, which was amazing and it was super reasonably priced. Karla was fantastic and cleaned the entire house so well. Couldn’t be happier!

My husband and I have been using Manic Maids for two years. We continue to be impressed by their work ethic. Siomara is excellent! She comes early and is very pleasant. Our house is extremely clean when she leaves. She makes our bed and puts away all our dishes from the dishwasher on top of deep cleaning my entire condo. My house has never looked better!

An incredibly mighty team! We were moving into a very dirty apartment and needed professional cleaning help. Booking the appointment was extremely easy and they were very communicative and flexible to our needs. And WOW these manic maids did an FANTASTIC job! Everything was scrubbed, wiped and dusted rapidly and spotlessly. They deep cleaned a 2-floor apartment floor to ceiling in about 3 hours. They are so reasonably priced for the incredible work they do. We will be using them again!

Our apartment was in DESPERATE need of cleaning. I contacted Manic Maids and they were able to come that same week. They were VERY thorough in their work, even dusting off our 50+ house plants (yikes) and cleaning out our (scary) microwave. They were super flexible and added time as they went. It was quite pricey, but worth it for the work they did.

We’ve been using manic maids for years and even with the mess of two pets and a toddler, our cleaner, Sheri, leaves our home looking brand new. We’re consistently impressed with her attention to detail, and really appreciate the easy and thorough communication with the manic maids team when we need to reschedule or add a cleaning. I used Manic Maids for a one time deep clean of my apartment but will definitely be booking regular cleanings. Blanca was amazing! She was so kind and she totally understood my dust situation because she also has a cat. My apartment is spotless and I’m amazed at how much Blanca accomplished in such little time, even getting the dust under the bed.

Original review from 2020: I highly recommend Manic Maids! I was referred to them by a friend who had only great things to say. I booked online late Sunday evening and got a response the next morning. It was easy to schedule and they worked around when I wasn’t available. They arrived on time and wore a mask and gloves the whole time. The service was beyond expectation and we will now be using Manic Maids monthly. They cleaned everything from the oven to the scale in my bathroom. Excellent job overall!

*update August 2025: 5 years later and we are still a customer. Manic Maids has been a life saver for us. We schedule bi-weekly cleanings which have improved our lives overall. Now we have time to focus on other aspects of our lives while trusting that someone will keep our home clean and comfortable for us. We have pets and they have always treated our pets kindly when in our home.
We’ve worked with Sandra for 4 of those 5 years now. She is truly a blessing to our family! She’s hardworking, cleans with intent, and above all else, Sandra is reliable and trust worthy! She always makes us smile!

Maniac Maids is a reliable and convenient service. Ofelia has taken care for our home for several years and always does a great job. It’s always comforting coming back to an immaculate home after a hectic day at work.

Anahi and Alicia did a great job they worked so hard, they were very pleasant. I would definitely use Manic Maids again for future cleaning services. Management was very attentive and responsive. You will not be disappointed if you work with them.

We scheduled a cleaning for our sons' apartment in Chicago. Mirsa was extremely helpful. We had to reschedule last minute due to a medical emergency. They waived the cancellation fee and we rescheduled for today. Our son said Maria did an outstanding job. They informed us that they would need to come back to finish which we understand. Based on the quality of work, we plan not only to schedule the follow up but also to arrange weekly cleaning. I would give them six stars if I could.

From beginning to end, our experience was fantastic! Mirsa was wonderful to work with, as she listened to exactly what we wanted and needed. Elvia arrived and was ready to work.
