Our office manager was fed up because the old crew kept skipping the break room, like how do you miss a whole room. Someone in our Chicago building recommended a new office cleaning service and the difference was immediate. They wipe down shared desks and empty every bin not just the ones by the door. Makes the morning way better when the place actually feels clean and you're not walking into yesterday's mess sitting there.

The cleaners always arrive on time, bring their own supplies and equipment, do a very good job of cleaning, and don’t break our stuff.

I’ve used this service for several times and they continue to disappoint. I kept giving them a chance thinking they would listen to my feedback and do better. I was constantly having to double check everything. They wouldn’t clean things they should have, under the couch, inside the airfryer, etc. They don’t do a through job unfortunately and the people Claudia sends look underage, they rush the job and charge extra for a deep clean with the same amount of time spent!

Claudia’s Cleaning did a great job on my apartment after move out. They cleaned everything in my 2-bedroom 1-bath unit in less than two hours, even my embarrassingly dirty fridge! Thanks so much!

I hired Claudia’s Cleaning Service Inc. for a deep cleaning service, but unfortunately, the quality was disappointing. Not only did they fail to clean the wall as agreed upon at booking, but the overall cleaning was far from a deep clean—it was rushed and incomplete.

When I reached out about the issue, they initially did not deny the agreed-upon services but refused to adjust the charge. To be fair, I offered a partial payment for the subpar work that was actually done, but instead of working with me, they changed their story, now claiming they "don’t clean walls" at all—despite accepting my booking for that exact service.

Now they are threatening to send the charge to collections, even though I made a good-faith effort to settle fairly. This was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and thorough cleaning services.

I had a literal DISASTER of an apartment. A combo of it having been given to me with the ex tenants stuff still inside and extremely dirty bathroom and kitchen (which i avoided being in as much as possible) combined with me having severe medical issues and not being able to do anything for the last 2 months and having my BF who cleaned everything pass away leading to a severe depressive state was the perfect storm. I can't explain how bad my apartment was; I was too embarrassed to even hire someone for the last 2 months. However I saw the glowing reviews and decided to reach out. They did an AMAZING job. They were running late getting here *which was not a problem at all* but I appreciated getting a text letting me know they were stuck in traffic and making sure it was ok to arrive a little later. My cleaning ended up being a lot more than the initial quote ;however, I absolutely anticipated that and don't thjnk that would be case for the average job. The work they did was well worth the price. I also appreciate that the team was very kind even though the apartment was a nightmare. For anyone debating hiring someone or unsure of who to hire, I 100% would vouch for claudia and her team. I plan to hire them again for Just regular maintenance to prevent my apartment from ever getting so bad again. Claudia and her team were amazing and if they could leave my disaster of an apartment so clean, they can handle just about any mess. They relieved me of a huge amount of stress and anxiety.
