I have been using this service for over 7 years and I cannot say enough good things about it! The ladies are super nice and are like part of our family. My concerns were always addressed to my satisfaction, the house was cleaned very well and my occasional schedule changes were always accommodated.

They were super quick to respond and get us on the schedule which was great considering we needed a quick turn around, which was a major pro.

They sent one cleaner for a 3 bedroom move-in cleaning and she was there for like 9 hours cleaning. This should have been a job for two cleaners. The one lady didnt have near enough time to do it alone. I asked for cleaning products to be brought, which was an additional charge, and they hardly had any cleaning supplies besides bleach.
For $50 an hour you would expect way more. I would not return to this company but my experience wasnt all bad.
