My place was completely messy and disorganized before they showed up. The cleaner left it sparkling and clearly went above and beyond everything I asked for. Absolutely recommend, especially for this very reasonable price.

The only cleaning crew I use and trust for my home. They can tackle any kind of mess. Rlly amazing, friendly, responsive, accommodating etc. the best.

“Initially I thought the cleaning itself was just OK—-not great.
Astonishingly and more importantly, 5 bottles of collectible wines went missing on an afternoon when the cleaning person was the only person in my home. When i called, the response was, that is impossible, that they had given us a 6-year veteran of their firm, and refused to even discuss this with me or allow me to speak with the owner.
I’m never using them again. If you use them, only do it when you can observe the entirety of the cleaning personally, or with nanny cams in every space of your home. Or remove everything that you care about from your home.”

I have been very happy with Green Clean’s services. The cleaning persons are very respectful of your space, do a wonderful and thorough job and are always quite pleasant.

I used Master Green House Cleaning for a move-out cleaning after 30 years in our loft condo. The dirt was thick. They did a great job from floor to ceiling.

I can’t say enough good things about Master Green!! They’ve come through in a pinch, they’ve accommodated my schedule and all of their employees have been super motivated, thorough and trustworthy. I’m picky, you’re in good hands.

The customer service lady Maria was very rude both while talking on the phone and on the email. When I complained that the cleaning was not up to mark, she said that you should have complained within 24 hours which is 9 in the morning and I had dropped her an email at 12ish something the same day.
I asked the cleaning lady to not clean the half bathroom shower area and the kitchen. She was only suppose to do one full bathroom and one half that ways. The cleaning lady opened up my closets to clean despite asking her not to. The overall job was so shoddy. The cleaning lady ensured that she takes 4 hours to clean and at the end she just wet mopped the living room without dry mopping which lead to dirt sticking to the floor after wet mopping.
After complaining to Maria, she totally put the blame on me and later sent another email offering the cleaning lady fix up the mess.
Bad experience and bad customer service. They just extended a 3 hour service to 4 hour to make more money. On top of it the cleaning lady wasn't fluent in English to understand the directions. I would not recommend them to anyone or hire them again.

I had this company pre-pandemic and was happy to bring them back after life resumed a new/normal however this year they have tossed out or damaged things in my home. initially I informed them but did not ask for compensation only asked them to be careful. Damages were close to $1000.
Most recently it occurred again and I asked for compensation for a $60.00 item and they refused to pay. They stated the cleaning person said she did not do it so unless I could prove it, they would not pay. Well no one else could have unless my dog did it and that is not possible. Do not use them they are careless and don’t respect your home.

We have worked with Ewelina a few times and she is fantastic! She is a lovely woman who has a lot of pride in her work and is a joy to have in the house. She treats everything as if it were her own and pays attention to details. I highly recommend her and Master Green House Cleaning. Maria is a joy to work with as well.

Master Green Cleaning looks after their employees in a way that I have never seen before in a cleaning company. We have used this company for two years/they are the most organized Cleaner we have ever used/and they keep their word every time/we usually get the same cleaner--Victoria--but if she is not available--they send others equally qualified/we trust them in our house when we are not here--we will use them as long as we live in Chicago!

Irina was AMAZING. Our apartment has never looked so clean, even when we first moved in. She cleaned every detail, even our dog's water tray and the vents on the oven hood, just so many details that we didnt even think about. We were so thrilled with the job she did. Our baseboards look amazing, the floors, the shower, everything! Very nice and accommodating, just the best experience! We have two labradors....whose hair gets everywhere. But now you wouldn't even know we had pets! Everything looks and smells amazing.

Wonderful cleaning service. I called to schedule a same day clean for my apartment and they were able to fit me into their schedule last minute. Iren arrived on time, was a sweetheart, and very professional. She did a miraculous job, I've never seen my apartment so clean. They far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely continue using them in the future.

We used their service for an initial deep clean of our whole apartment plus some regular monthly/biweekly cleaning of kitchen/bathroom and would highly recommend! Prices were very reasonable, quick communication, and the cleaners were always very detailed with the cleaning (and very nice!)
