Requested a deep cleaning for an empty 3 bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The cabinets, appliances and floor were partially cleaned. Lots of rework on my part after paying for service. I was not satisfied and I do not recommend.

The first cleaning service that doesn't charge for transportation, require you to choose how frequently you need your house cleaned, and affordable. Even with the language barrier for what I needed done Gaila did a wonderful job. Highly recommended and I will definitely use this company again.

We hired Master Green for a basic condo cleaning and it was a great experience! The team worked in an incredibly efficient manner to clean our unit and we were incredible pleased with the results.

We had Svitlana and Marta come for a Deep Cleaning and they were thorough and paid attention to details. I would book them again as they are respectful and do a fantastic job while being affordable and hard working.

I was looking at the incorrect bill, and saw a charge from master Green. I exchanged emails back-and-forth approximately six or seven times insisting that I was correct and they were mistaken. I was mistaken, and they were correct, however, during this exchange, they were responsive, as in one hour or less, polite, kind, and never made me feel stupid , which I was very able to do on my own anyway. In fact, I was so happy, I hired them to clean my place on Friday. I cannot tell you what kind friendly people I dealt with. All Customer Service exchanges should be so excellent. Thank you.

I have used Master Green now a few times. Every time they have done a great job. They go above and beyond and even do the little things like clean my dogs bowls and fold any clothes that may be out. For the city it is great value too. Even their deep clean I have found is about the same price (or cheaper) as a regular/standard clean with someone else.

They did an excellent job cleaning and the price was fair. It was a move out clean and it made me want to move back in! Be careful with a move out clean that they will throw everything away. Which is good to know when you are scrambling to get out. But they took a few things (as garbage) that were meant to stay. I called and they were able to bring them back in an hour. I appreciated the responsiveness and they were so nice about it. Would definitely use again!

A wonderful cleaning service! They were able to get us scheduled for the next day after calling, I was expecting a week or so. The team member was so detailed and kind. We will definitely be having Master Green Cleaning back for future cleanings. Thanks for making our house feel like brand new again!

We used Master Green cleaners for the first time today for their spring cleaning service and were overall very impressed! Our bathrooms are spotless, we can’t find a spec of dust anywhere in the house! Overall great value and much more affordable than other local options.
Note: Make sure to add on the cleaning supplies if you don’t have sufficient supplies at your home.

Excellent and very professional service. Both the installed carpet and area rugs looks almost new when the cleaning was completed. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone without reservation.

Reuben did a great job cleaning my carpet! I had some tough pet stains but he made my apartment feel like new. Very professional and quality service!
