Can I give a 10 star rating! When I tell you this is the service you need! This is the service you NEED!!! Now I'm a fairly busy guy and between juggling life, working on set, and the little ones (dogs). It does get a bit junkie (no pun intended) But y'all right from the start this team walked into my crib with a masterplan and walked me through the entire process. I wish I had before picture to show the how dope my experience was, but anyways super polite, prompt, and non judgmental! After all that's what you want when someone is stepping into you place. In all honesty I felt like I had a group of friends cleaning my spot and I will be using them again!

Smart Cleaning Solutions LLC is a very efficient commercial cleaning service. They cleaned up one of our client's restaurant's after we had finished installing our products. We will be using them again in the future.

I spoke to a lady for 30 minutes asking about pricing and setting up a cleaner, gave the zip code and preferences etc. She said she would call back in a few minutes with an update of price and person they will send. I waited 24 hours with no response and when I call back, they say that I am not even in their service area. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME!

All the messy stuff was deep cleaned. They went above and beyond to make me happy with their job. The dust and dirt were removed to give us a clean, fresh air home. I am going to contact them every month.

It's indeed an excellent service by this company who have been providing the cleaning service for people like me who are disabled and need constant help in doing the household chores. The cleaners are a helpful bunch and always arrive on time for the jobs. They are also very accommodative to any changes in the schedule and never missed any cleaning rotas. very impressive

Couple of my previous experience with Companion Maid is good, they tend to arrive on time and finish the job without any problems. But this time I booked the service and confirmed at 12:00pm, got a call around 2:45 pm telling me the cleaner needs an extra hour and charge me $70 more because they want to get the job done properly. To my best knowledge the condition of my unit is not much different from that of last few services, and the few last one is just 1.5 months from now. The way that they ask my permission without sending me the proof that my unit is actually ‘messy’ seems not professional, plus my service is at 12:00 and they showed up late which messes up my schedule. Would definitely choose another cleaner from now on.

Everything was planned perfectly. First they confirm the appointment date and time through phone. Then they give a reminder call and send the team before the specified time. The professionals discussed about the quality of work and time with us. Trash removal was done at the end.

Colleen was great. Attention to detail !!! She helped me when I was in a pinch and couldn’t do the move out clean because I woke up with a neck injury from lifting boxes the day before. I really appreciated all the help at the last minute!! Would definitely recommend their services again.

I purchased a moving clean and I don't believe the price was worth the quality I received, and since I was not present while the cleaning occurred, I'm not sure I received the three hours of services I was charged. The apartment required quite a bit of cleaning by myself considering the price that was charged. For example, the cleaning includes appliances and inside cupboards and drawers but there were still crumbs and stains inside the fridge and cabinets, which I was able to remove. The toilet was also not completely clean, and there were skidmarks/build up that I was able to easily remove myself. The terms indicate the service providers do not clean any items out of reach or that would require stools/ladders, which is understandable, but there were numerous cobwebs that at 5'2" I was able to reach with a Swiffer duster. Additionally, blinds and vents within reach were black with dust. The only way I was able to confirm that the provider even entered my apartment is that there was a dusty windowsill I noticed before I called the service that appear to have been wiped off. My apartment was left reasonably clean by the previous tenant and I wish I would have just cleaned the apartment myself instead of paying the $300 fee, especially since I ended up having to clean the apartment myself anyway.
