It's super nice when life gets busy and hectic to be able to trust someone else to clean my home. it just gives that extra bit of help that makes my mental health a lot better

I wish 0 stars was an option. I booked an 8am cleaning more than a month in advance. The day before the appointment I get a text saying that the only cleaner in my area can't come at 8am, only at 11am. That would have been fine if they'd told me earlier, but I can't accommodate a last minute change of 3 hours. No apology given, just told me they wouldn't charge ME the cancellation fee. No joke.

Excellent service. We have used just about every popular maid cleaning company in town and the results and/or attitude were meh. But not with this service firm, great cleaning, and friendly cleaners. Punctuality is something that really sets them apart. The price is also much better than I expected. It’s a win-win for me!

Such a great cleaning with Cleo! She is very attentive, always on time, and efficient. She is also a really sweet lady! She follows instructions really well, and you can tell she really cares about how your home looks afterwards. I definitely recommend!

I moved into a condo and I saw it needed A LOT of cleaning the day before I moved. I was so happy I got blessed with getting Colleen and Brenda. Words really can’t express it, all I can say is I couldn’t stop smiling and saying thank you. I highly recommend Colleen and Brenda if want your place actually cleaned and brought back to life. I can’t speak for the other cleaners but I’ll vouch for those two any day! 😃 Thank you!

Left me hanging without completing the cleaning the day prior to my tenant moving in!!!

Backstory: I have always had rentals for the last 20 years. I currently have 27 rentals. I know exactly what move out/ in cleaning entails for my units. I made sure to discuss this with the company so they knew what I wanted. Depending on how fast they work it usually takes a minimum 2 cleaners -4 hours ( 8 hours total)

This was my first experience trying this company. I booked this cleaning weeks in advance.
The day prior the owner text me to change the time. While i was not happy it wasn't the end of the world ( see photo screenshots of our text). I was suddenly also told she was only sending 1 girl but she would stay as long as necessary to complete the job.
After several hours the lady doing the cleaning informed me she had to leave to pick up her child. The unit was not completed. Things such as dust on ceiling fans, tops of cabinets only 1/2 done, top of washer / dryer filthy, hair left in the flat shower drain, etc etc. I begged her to stay but she would not. She said she was not paid for deep cleaning and was only booked for 4 hours by the company. I showed her my email with the company that I did pay for move out & deep cleaning ( see screenshot/ photo).
I called the company to let them know. They called me and said they cant send anyone else today or tomorrow because they are too busy.
So there I am with no cleaner and a tenant moving in next day.
They said they would cost only provide me a small credit for the inconvenience!

I'd also like to add the cleaner came with wet dirty rags (I saw them and gave her clean rags) she had no toilet brush or cleaner ( yes, i had this for her as well in my storage, thank goodness ) ran out of glass cleaner, and had a junk vacuum. I still had compassion for her, kept asking if she needed anything and even brought her lunch!

Cleaning is a skill!!!

If you are looking for a top quality cleaning for your home, I recommend Companion Maids ! They cleaned my 3 bedroom home and did a outstanding job. They also used green products which was very important to me. I booked the whole cleaning online and they sent 2 pleasant ladies. I will continue to use them on a regular basis.

I will absolutely use Companion Maids again and specifically ask for Colleen! She cleaned a unit I am putting up for sale and literally made it *sparkle*. The current tenants stated it has never looked so good! Quality cleaning, prompt and attentive customer service - do not look elsewhere.

I couldn't have asked for better service! It was easy to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone listened well and gave me great advice about how much time might be required to take care of my "post flooring" clean-up. Colleen was on-time, friendly, and went above and beyond the basics. She gave me excellent cleaning tips, advice about tools and supplies. She was personable, efficient and thorough. I am so happy with the results! I would work with Colleen again anytime!

We got hold of this cleaning agency when our housemaid went back for her holidays. Super efficient and very convenient to get them for cleaning. On another note, we weren't charged heftily for their service, which was approximately 2 hours. Extremely happy with their service, pricing and customer service.

This firm claims that the do deep cleans. They don't. What they will do is ask you for pictures, then cancel on you the day before your deep clean appointment was supposed to happen because it is "...out of scope due to the condition of the home. Sadly, I can only assume that they only clean "clean" homes.

Companion Maids has a nice interface and transparent pricing. I recently had a cleaning and Kalinina was on time, courteous, efficient, thorough, and respectful of our house. Greatly appreciated it and thank you.

The service we got was wonderful. Tom was very professional and friendly over the phone. He was able to answer all of my questions and accomodate to my schedule. Once our cleaner got here, she did a great job and was very friendly as well. Although the cleaning wasn't 100% perfect, she did a damn good job at getting my house back to normal. Would definitely recommend and look forward to working with them in the future.

I loved Companion Maids! They recently cleaned my 3 bed 2.5 bath home including basement. It was 2100 sq ft and the two maids they sent got in done in about 4 hours. They even cleaned my fishtank! (per my request.)

The owner was friendly and informative, which made me feel better about doing my booking with them. Overall, the service was smooth for me. I do plan on using them again!

I needed a deep cleaning in a few areas - oven, fridge and shower. They were so prompt and were actually able to come sooner in the day which was helpful. My place was spotless when they left - unbelievable job.

Moved into a new apartment this summer and I was in dire need of a deep cleaning and did not have time or inclination to clean it myself before I moved in.

Companion Maids spent 3 hours cleaning my entire 3 bedroom top to bottom and they did a fantastic job. When they got started they did a detailed job in my bathroom and kitchen. Overall the thoroughness, professionalism, and dependability was what I was paying for. I really enjoyed that their website creating a digital experience as well. I didn't need cash and was billed after the service was completed. In addition, customer service was responsive to a few questions I had before the clean.

I had a great experience with Companion Maids! I just moved into a condo, and needed everything deep cleaned before the move. I went right to their website and was able to book the date and time I needed.

An hour or so after I booked, I got a call requesting to move up the time one hour. No problem! A cleaning team, Veronica and Pam(?) showed up, we're really nice, and did a great job. They spent about 4 hours cleaning my 2 bed 2 bath condo.

All in all, a great experience and I'll be using them monthly!

We needed our home cleaned for a special event. After researching online and through neighbors, we decided on Companion Maids.

We were completely happy with the entire experience. Customer service and contact was quick and friendly. The cleaning crew of 2 arrived just at our specified time. And the cleaning they did was amazing! I mean amazing! ! I don't remember a time my house has ever looked or smelled so clean!!
We are absolutely going to be using them again. In fact, I've just emailed for another appointment next month.
