The home we are leasing needed mold remediation. Our landlord offered carpet cleaning from the water damage, mold issue. The team at Blu were professional and on time. They were quick and understood the situation. The carpet itself doesnt look or smell cleaner but I don't think cleaning carpet for this mold damage solved our problem anyway. So thanks for coming by and making an effort!

Blu Cleaning just finished cleaning the hallways, front and rear, of my multi-family building. It had been a while and due to construction projects, hallways were not as clean as I would like. Blu Cleaning took care of this. Hallways look great, tenants are happy to see this. They set a date and time and were there to get it done. I didn't even have to be there.

I am a realtor and I have used BLU Cleaning when preparing places for sale. They are professional and very detailed. When ever I need something done in a short time frame, Adriel is always quick to respond.

Saul and his team were amazing! We had an incredibly tight timeline, found out on a Thursday afternoon that prior to our move out the following Tuesday that we were responsible for arranging the cleaning of our apartment. To add additional complications we were moving across the country and leaving Tuesday night! Saul was all over it, responded to me rapidly throughout the weekend to get the cleaning setup, and arranged for everything to be done contactless. On top of that, they did a spotless job cleaning. The apartment was honestly cleaner than when we moved in. Would highly recommend their services!! If we hadn't moved out of state, I would gladly use them again.

I’ve know Saul and some of his team for a few years now. They always do tremendous work and are extremely thorough and responsive. This winter, I have been using them for snow removal and have had no complaints. They do a great job on the cleaning side of the business and also restoration. Given our current climate, we were forced to have to disinfect our offices and warehouses on a couple occasions. Blu Commercial was extremely accommodating and sprung into action at almost a moment's notice. Their work was extremely thorough and the teams the assembled were very professional. I cannot say enough good things about Blu Commercial cleaning. We've been working together over 6 months and they do an outstanding job. Saul and his team have cleaned over 500+ PACE Bus shelters located throughout the Chicagoland area weekly and have installed shelter posters when needed in a timely manner. We recently had a client order 350 posters to install around the Chicago area and these guys knocked it out of park getting everything installed in record time and ahead of schedule. Adriel, the Director of Operations', whose communication skills are top notch, communicates constantly via email and phone answering every email and phone call. Sal, Mynor, and Jimmy round out the team assigned to our account and are always looking for ways to work together more efficiently. I would not hesitate to hire these guys and I could not be happier working with them. Kudos to Saul and his team for doing an outstanding job over and over again.

The team at Blu Commercial have been deep-cleaning my bars now every other week, and as establishments without food, I'm able to have my hourly staff clean nightly, and then having a commercial deep-clean schedule to do things like power-wash floor mats and trash cans, and touch up those hard-to-reach spots my hourly staff can sometimes miss. Communication is great and responsive, and the team always tries to accomodate as much as possible.

Our business reached out to Blu Commercial Cleaning for an estimate on deep cleaning, if needed, given the current pandemic. A few days later... we needed them. I emailed Saul who was so responsive and professional. The next morning his team was out and by the following day we were back in business! Oscar came out to clean along with two others and Oscar did an excellent job of explaining the process and answering questions as well as addressing concerns.
