Esmira and Victoria arrived to our house today on schedule, and I got home and they were still there and didn’t leave until the work was finished. I was asked to inspect the whole house and approve that the work was done to my satisfaction, and if not, what else do they need to do before they departed. Our home had just recently gone through some home improvements, and we had tried cleaning on our own, but with three kids and full time jobs, we just couldn’t seem to find the time. There isn’t a room in the home that they didn’t clean, and we just feel better and are in a healthier environment. We will definitely be using House Cleaning Services from now on. The ladies clean my home very well and they are very pleasant. Esmira was at my home the past two times and she did a great job. I have used them for several years and all the teams and help are very professional, hard and efficient and so nice. I enjoy them being in my home.

The original crew at my house, well, they kind of sucked. I called the office and explained my situation and how my practically brand new home was cleaned “just shy of disgusted”. They sent a crew the following week and this crew made my house shine. I mean literally, if a star Had been in the kitchen bowl, I would have gotten it out. My white cabinets and furniture were white again. Almost brand new. Esmira and Yana were so helpful and polite. They walked in asked what I wanted them to focus on and made my day. I had nothing for them to correct, just a home that was cleaned to my expectations. Natalle was the first to talk to me on the phone and she too was very nice and professional. I spoke with Natalie, great girl. She said that they had made some changes in their help and retrained everyone. She wanted to know if they could recleaning our home. I was a little leery but we said sure. They arrived the very next day. They were like a well oiled machine. As soon as they walk in the discussion what needed to be done and our concerns they got to work. They kept us updated as they worked and even let us know when they were about done. I waited until they left and then walked through the house. It smelled clean and fresh and looked wonderful. It is a different story the second time around. Thorough and efficient! Fast too. Have never used a cleaning service before and I signed up for the 3 hour cleaning. It's been 3 hours and everything is sparkling! 3 Nice girls worked in my 3 bed, 3 bath and they didn't miss a spot. Since I'd signed on before 5pm I was able to get my fridge cleaned too. Very impressed and I'm looking forward to my next 3 monthly cleanings I'd scheduled and then some!

The sales rep Natalie spent so much time with my grandparents who are in their 90s, very stubborn and hard of hearing, explaining everything. She never once got frustrated with us and never made us feel rushed to decide on anything. The cleaning team worked so hard to provide a deep clean!
