This was the first time I have ever used a cleaning service and I truly believe the Lord above sent this company to me for four cleanings. I owned my own cleaning company so I tend to be a little hard to please. Angelica did an exceptional job and I was beyond thrilled. To sum it up....I am extremely satisfied.

What a great experience! House Cleaning Services is literally the best employees I have had in a long time. The girls that come to my help once a month are great! They are very diligent and hard working. I really enjoyed Tatiana, she's a very hard and thorough worker. She's new to the business but very professional. You are so lucky to have such a professional employee. Thank you for bringing her to my house. Please send me the scheduled dates for the next visits, I will be checking with my doctor and chemo schedules. Thanks again.

House Cleaning Services Chicago did a good job overall. The team was on time, friendly, and worked efficiently. Most areas, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, were cleaned very well. I was slightly disappointed they missed a few spots like dusty corners. Despite that, I’d still recommend them and consider using them again.

I absolutely love them. They come twice a month and clean the house like crazy. Esmira and Olena did an excellent job today, they really made sure I was happy and everything was perfect. I never thought I would be happy enough to hire a cleaning company, but these girls really made sure I was beyond pleased.

We’ve been customers for about a year and a half now and get serviced monthly. You receive a phone call the day before they are scheduled to come the following day (this is super helpful for me because I apparently can’t look at the calendar they send you to figure out when they are coming). The individuals who come to the house are all very pleasant and arrive during the time window they say they will be there. By this point, they know our family and our routine, they recognize our dog, and if he’s being quiet they will stop to pet him. They clean the house from top to bottom (bathrooms, kitchen, wiping all counters, floors, cabinets etc) in about 1 1/2 hours and the house looks wonderful every time.

I am a customer for more than a year and they are very professional, organized and trustworthy. I had the opportunity to meet today with Angelica and she is simply amazing. I am a very particular person about the level of cleaning and I am pretty sure this rate is 5 stars. Thank you!

My lady is Yana and she is terrific! I saw the advertisement about cleaning the oven and/or refrigerator so I thought I would have my oven cleaned when Yana got here yesterday. She was tired when she got here but did the usual cleaning and my oven. Wow what a difference! Thanks Yana! I recommend her and the service!

The company’s staff always do a great job. I really enjoy that they use their own cleaning products & if there is ever an issue, they send a staff to fix the issue (all issues have been very minor). My last two ladies, Esmira and Yana, worked really hard to make sure my house was cleaned to perfection! Best cleaning service I have tried.

I really like the House Cleaning Services. All of the employees are always very courteous. They always ask if there is anything else that I need done special. For the most part I can count on them to be there and take care of things. I’m very pleased with the service I get from Yana and her partner.

I used few cleaners and was very disappointed. Last cleaning company I used never sent cleaner or cancel few hours before booking. So glad I booked this team. Victoria and Yana were just great ladies. Professional and friendly. I will use this ladies again for regular cleaning.

I’ve used plenty of cleaning services in my lifetime, and have never been 100% satisfied until I found House Cleaning Services! Esmira and Olena performed a deep clean in preparation for my move and there really wasn’t any area they didn’t touch. From the floors to the ceilings, they cleaned everything with great detail and even performed the little things that other companies don’t do. I will definitely be using them again!

Esmira is absolutely amazing! She goes the extra mile every time and is always punctual, despite how little time she has. I’m sure no one loves paying for a service like this, but Esmira is definitely worth every penny to us. If House Cleaning Services would lower their rates a bit, I’d tip her even more than I already do. She does exceptional work, even with our two hyper pets running around. Great job.

Esmira,Olena and Angelica were at my house today for a deep clean before photos were to be taken tomorrow for a real estate listing. All of these young ladies were very professional in courteous they were at my house for approximately 8 hours and did not miss any spots. They wiped down billboards, ceiling fans and all the wood trim in the house including doors and door jams. I asked for the window to be clean which was included in the quote but was pleasantly surprised when I was told that the glass doors to the patio are included too! I enjoyed my day with these lovely people and can't wait to have them at my house again in the near future. Natalle the customer service person I spoke with, always answered my questions in a timely manner and I was very careful to get the priorities correct. I would definitely be calling to have any of these girls return and would recommend them to everyone for all your cleaning needs.

I thought I would take a moment to give Olena the shout out she deserves for a well deserved 5 star review!Olena has done several jobs for us and we always appreciate her thoroughness, promptness and kindness. We are a natural cleaning product company so we are a bit picky about cleaning, to say the least. Olena goes above and beyond in all aspects of her work. She is an exceptional communicator which is such a relief when working with contractors. We are happy to recommend her services and commend her on her terrific work ethic.

Lately, Esmira has been our house cleaner and we can never say enough about how much we enjoy having her clean for us. She is always on time, flexible and does an excellent job. Just Clean It, Inc is a fairly new company who recently started doing unit cleanings for us in downtown Chicago. They've done a terrific job so far and feedback from our clients has been fantastic. I would recommend this new company to anyone wanting a grade A cleaning for a reasonable price. The management oversight / quality assurance of each cleaning can't be beat.

I cannot be happier to have decided to use Just Clean It, Inc. to assist with my cleaning needs. With how busy life is, I find it to be very difficult to set aside time to thoroughly clean my condo. At first I was hesitant to hire cleaners, but I cannot be more thankful to have found this company. From the ease of scheduling using their website to the actual cleaning itself, I cannot be more impressed by this company. When I walked into my condo after they finished, my jaw actually dropped... because it was SPOTLESS! I immediately scheduled a follow up cleaning a few weeks later.
