Weird customer service experience.

The Bartlett team is exceptional at what they do !!!

Everyone on the Bartlett staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and loves trees! We needed advice on a tree that had never been cared for, they advised pruning, now the tree looks healthier and happier.

The Bartlett folk are very professional and personable. They were able to save 3 trees with an accurate diagnosis and treatment. Now the trees that I thought I would have to cut down need trimming!

Very comprehensive and detailed evaluation of site and subsequent written proposal. The crew members were friendly, safety-conscious, extremely professional, and worked incredibly hard. They did a great job on a 120+ year old silver maple and a (younger) honey locust.

In an era when customer service seems like an endangered relic, this office has it in spades. The administrator exudes professionalism, grace, and intelligence. He and his Manager must be very organized, because this Chicago branch is a tightly run ship. BRAVO, gentlemen!!!

We were on the schedule for several weeks out, and another wind storm left branches hanging on our swingset. I called Bryan in a panic because we were hosting a kid’s birthday party in three days. He was able to fit us in on the schedule the next day so that our yard would be safe for the party. The crew was courteous and efficient. I’m very happy with the service!

These guys are really top notch and offer fair prices. They are fast , careful and impeccable in their clean up. We had a massive elm tree that was too close to our house with a power line only a few feet away. Everything went perfectly. I will use them again without question.

Removal of a large Ponderosa Pine in a tight spot. Skillfully done will no damage. Completely cleaned up afterwards. Recommended

These guys are great! I talked to Jose yesterday, they had a cancelation, less than 24 Hours later my tree is gone. The stump was in a tricky spot, so they removed the piece of fence and didn’t damage the sidewalk that it was growing under. Price was good. All the guys where professional. They cleaned up everything. Except for the tree being gone you wouldn’t even know they had been there. Much better than the mess The Electric Company leaves when they have just trimmed it in the past.

Jose and his crew trimmed 2 trees and hauled away a bunch of down limbs from the big storm a couple of weeks ago. One of the 2 trees is a very large oak. Jose was the first person to respond after the storm, provided an estimate right away, and showed up exactly when he said he would on the day they did the work. The work was done extremely well, with a lot of care in terms of determining exactly which branches to trim, and they guys didn't leave one leaf or twig behind when they cleaned up. I would hire Jose again in a second and wholeheartedly recommend him!

We had part of a tree come down during a big storm recently. Every place we called was going to take forever to take the tree down but he came out to give a quote and was able to get it out next day. He also gave the best quote. I would use Jose again if I need another tree out. Highly recommend.
