Even has a bathroom for the truckers with a shower! However not sure of all the workers there, some there for a paycheck and some there to help! Trailers are always clean.

Good people. Great tank wash services!

Been waiting for 2.5hrs for 2 hoses to be cleaned. I spoke with the supervisor of 2nd shift after having been here for approximately 1 hour, & was told they were about to have a shift change. Sat for another hour & was asked to move so a tank could be moved prior to my hoses being started. I requested that my hoses be started so that I could get rest for my next load & was told I would be towed out of here. Arrived 03/11/19 23:09, completed 03/12/19 01:50 with product still in both hoses, all plugs caps, & fitting.

They're ok... As long as you go in the morning. Hoses often are not washed even though they will be marked on the ticket as cleaned. The night shift will make you sit and wait to get them washed out, even when it is their own mistake, while 4-5 employees are just sitting in the break room doing absolutely nothing. Complaints go unaddressed and the same thing happens repeatedly and often.

Dropped my trailer off yesterday around 1300. Told the guys I needed it clean by today. Elias actually filled the ppw for the wash so I verbally gave him the info he asked for. Turns out he forgot to get the terminal number from me but by the time he realize that I had left my truck. So I get here this morning. Trailer not clean and I see a note. Go in give the info. Sit here for 4.5hrs and still haven't gotten my trailer cleaned. So I go ask what the eta was so that I can notice dispactch being that I had a load to pickup at 900. Elias gets an attitude. Saying it will get done when it gets done...what type of stuff is that to say to someone who is inquiring about a service that you get paid to provide? I will certainly avoid this wash from here on out. Customer service is below average

Arrived Saturday afternoon and asked,"When do you need the tank",told him by noon tomorrow. Was told they were backed up,I said I understand but I need to be in Kentucky early Monday,he said we will get it in 1AM Monday. Tried to explain that I needed to leave before then. Most tankwashes will take care of a driver waiting. I guess this one doesn't. Giving 1 star because it won't let me leave no stars.

Don't get in a hurry here. Checked with the guy to get my hoses washed out. Over 2hrs later I'm still waiting for him to start. Not the first time I've waited over an hour for this. Guess you have to be one of the carriers that have whole lots just for them to get decent service. Wouldn't come here if my company didn't force me.

I got my hoses and pump washed. The guys are always fast to assist and courteous. Oct 6 2024 was my most recent visit. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Kind of hard to get to if you're not paying attention the roads getting there suck.. but at least they do a good job cleaning the tanks out I've had no problems

Yolanda followed up on an email and went above and beyond for me. I have always been taken care of by management and the office staff here. The guys in the Tankwash have always been honest with me as well. I get it. Sometimes you’re not just going to be bumped to the front of the line. They will get to you asap at this wash. Be patient and drive safe!

Walked into a situation I wasn’t able to manage on my own. Everyone I spoke with or worked with face to face went above and beyond to help me work through this. Hard work, well done and constant contact for a fair price.

I just want to say thank you to hoarding helpers. I'm ashamed to say that my apartment was in disarray because I've been going through some things. Chris came in and he was non-judgemental and kind. We got rid of so much clutter and they cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. I feel like a huge burden has been lifted from me. Definitely Recommend. Thank You So Much!

I have purchased a foreclosed home it was a mess like no other home I have seen. It was a total gut Job. I called the office to inquire on rates they where very competitive to the other quote I received. The crew showed up on time and completed the job a day early and I received a refund for the extra day not used. When I arrived to inspect the work done they left a to boxes of items they deemed valuable. All I can say is thank you to Billie in the office she is so kind. And Tim was the Crew leader. I trust them because of there honest actions and professional work ethics.

My husband and I used this company , due to a fire in our Garage, which caused smoke damage inside our home. We hired Dayvco Bio cleaning to come in and deep clean our home. The Crew ( Paulette, Max, Matt, and Tim ) went over and beyond our Expectations. Very Professional, kind and courteous, and got the job done.
