Scheduled an apartment move-out cleaning weeks in advance. Discussed parking options with Gino on two different calls, explaining the cleaners could park in my building's parking garage or take advantage of two hours free validated parking across the street at Mariano's. The cleaners were supposed to clean from 9 am-1 pm. I heard from Gino around 1:30 that day saying the cleaners hadn't arrived to do the job yet because they couldn't figure out parking. Again, I had communicated all the parking options to Gino...twice. He offered to send someone the next day, but my lease was ending in a couple hours...hence me booking the appointment well in-advance to ensure the cleaning was completed on time. Gino did send someone that day who was supposed to arrive at 3:30, but arrived at 4:00. I was hauling all my own cleaning supplies back over to my old apartment thinking I was going to have to do it myself. She completed the cleaning and did a good job, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Excellent, quick service! From scheduling to completion, an all around great service. I never expect cleaners to get the place 100% the way I like it because I'm super particular on a few things. I usually have to do a couple final touches when they're done. With Quick Cleaners, the needed final touches were so minimal, I didn't even do them. I had my first regular cleaning service with them today (single house cleaner) and I was very pleased with the cleaning! They are very affordable and the work that the cleaner did in the bathrooms and the kitchen were fantastic. She even cleaned off all the bottles and stands in the bathroom, and even did the few dishes in the sink+microwave. Our tub was getting pretty dirty, but much better now. She took about 4 hours to clean the entirety of the 1150 sqft apartment (2 bed 2 bath). I will be continuing their services for regular (monthly) cleanings. With tip and paying for their parking (and a deep cleaning of 1 bathroom), it came out to less than $250., very affordable in my opinion.
