Villa did a great cleanup, and it was very easy to schedule! They also were very conscientious about being careful of downspouts and delicate plants that I mentioned. Thank you!

Villa Maintenance did a fantastic job cleaning up the front of our condo building property, which was tangled up with years of weeds, vines, old dead plants, overgrown bushes, and a mysterious "tree" growing up the side of the building. Matthew responded right away to my message, and they even went out the same day to scope out the situation and put together an estimate. They use a very convenient online estimate approval form that made the communication even easier (rather than phone calls back and forth, etc). After approving the estimate they got over there very quickly and did a great job. I no longer have to feel ashamed about being the ugly building on the block! Thank you Villa Maintenance! I am hoping to get on their snow removal schedule this winter as well.

Performed all services we agreed on. I got estimates from 3 companies and Villa was competitive in their pricing. I really wanted initial services performed before mothers day. They did everything they could to accommodate my request even though they had a full schedule already. My lawn and flower beds looked lovely in time for the holiday!

Matthew, Daniel and crew are so great! I have had them back to my home many times to do property maintenance and cleanup around my home. They pressure washed my deck and sidewalks. They cutdown a huge overgrowth of weeds next to my garage. They just did a big fall cleanup. My home never looked so beautiful! I really count on Villa Property Maintenance. Highly recommended!

Matthew and his team came and serviced my lawn/weeds one time, then when I tried to reach out (multiple times texting and calling over 2 weeks) to schedule the next visit, my call went to voicemail every time and my text messages weren’t answered. Even after leaving multiple voice messages, he never even had the courtesy to get back to me. Pretty rude if you ask me, would not recommend this unprofessional company.

Villa did an absolutely incredible job! Our backyard was an overgrown nightmare (see photos). Matthew came out to give a free estimate, which ended up being lower than quotes from other companies. He was conscientious and responsive. I asked him and his team to remove everything for a clean slate, and they did exactly what I asked for. The hard-working team was efficient, quick, and went above and beyond ensuring the yard was completely debris-free. I am so pleased with the results and plan to continue using their maintenance services. I highly recommend Villa!

The owner of the company is very rude and only used bad words in a conversation with me.

I hope he will fix his language fast and I can only whish him the best for his future but I had to give an honest review.

Tu and his team are simply amazing. I went into the phone interview knowing absolutely nothing about landscaping or what I wanted to do with my home. We simply talked about what I liked and disliked and went on from there. Tu and his team came to my home with ideas and gave me inspiration for what I wanted my house to look like. A couple of weeks later, and now my house looks better than what I ever could have expected. My house is like a dream come true. Even though I have been picky and indecisive throughout this entire journey, Tu stayed patient and supportive, and came up with unique and beautiful arrangements and center pieces for my home. His work is truly the embodiment of quality over quantity. I highly recommend utilizing Tu Bloom’s services.
