Leo maids were incredible. They clean my house so beautifully they were on time and I will definitely book them again. I had a great experience and beautiful communication. I love Leo maids.

Can't say enough amazing things about Leo Maids -- they did a deep clean of my condo, and it was by far the best cleaning service I've used in the city. Incredibly thorough and went even beyond the list of things I was hoping to have done. Really excited to have them as my go-to for the future!

Disappointed in the quality of work. Hired for a move in clean and when I moved in nothing I asked to clean was actually cleaned except the floor. It was my fault for not supervising them.
But when I told the owner I was disappointed he said his crew went above and beyond and told me a bunch of lies which im sure he will reply to this review and repeat... bottom line, they were terrible and I would never hire again and you shouldn't either.

This was a life-changing experience. My partner and I both have chronic illnesses, and our home was very neglected. The team came in and went above and beyond. Our apartment feels entirely new, and we finally feel as if we can relax. This is the service to go to if you need help getting back on track!

Leo Maids Cleaning Service exceeded my expectations with their window cleaning service. The team was meticulous and left my windows crystal clear. They were also mindful of my plants and furniture while working. I couldn't be happier with the results!

I was told that the cost would be $60 per hour and the service should not last more than 3 hours as I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.

I come home to a credit card charge of $1009 stating that it took 3 maids 5 hours to clean my 700 square foot apartment. This is not only deceitful but fraudulent. I am incredibly disappointed and will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau along with supplying pre-cleaning photos of the good condition the apartment was already in—in no situation would a 700 square foot apartment which one person lives in and is already tidy and clean cost over a grand. Disgusting.

Listen, when I write reviews, it is not haphazard. I take review writing very seriously because they are the lifeblood of the small businesses.

I can say, unequivocally, that my experience with Leo Maids was beyond superb. I called on a Sunday, the day of the Chicago Marathon, and was treated to an appointment the same day. Not only did I not expect that, I was overwhelmed with Leo maids ability to suit my pressing needs.

My appointment was for 6PM. I got a call at 6PM. Not 6:01, not 6:02, but 6PM, that they were at the building. Now, I am not saying that would be the case with every interaction with Leo Maids, but it was impressive.

My apartment was in utter disarray. I had been traveling and getting ready for a move, so things were way out of sorts. Leo Maids took the mess and made it a livable space. Immaculately clean (they even did my oven), organized, and tidy to a T. When they left, they made me feel like my space got the care it deserved, care I couldn’t even give it myself.

I highly recommend Leo Maids for your next cleaning. I will personally recommend to any person on the street. They are that good.

I was highly unsatisfied with the service. I had to call Leo back to clean my dishwasher, and clean the cabinets correctly. He told me that he cleaned the washer and dryer out, in fact he did not. I should’ve taken pictures. I had dust still on top of the washer and dryer, and everything. The smell from the cleaning, did not smell clean, it smelled like old mildew rags and vinegar. Not to mention, this service is very over priced. Leo stated over the phone that it was $60/ hour. After the cleaning was done, he stated that it was $60/ person, per hour. That is outrageous. For this outcome, and price I could’ve done it myself. Leo also charged me half of the hour for the 15 minutes they stayed, but they were 15-20 minutes late. I can’t believe I paid $420 for someone to play in my house.

Booked them to do an apartment move out clean and they left it pristine. I’m incredibly happy with the job that was done. Would recommend!

I’ve been using Leo Maids since its inception. The owner is kind, thoughtful and will go out of his way to make sure things are of his high standards. They have become a little bit pricier than other cleaning services I’ve used… however I must say the finished results are well worth it. Thank you Firas!

the cleaning company we ordered at the last minute refused to come, but thanks to Leo, helped us out and agreed to come. Open on time and clean

Leo and crew were available on short notice going into holiday weekend. Communication was great and 80% of service performed went well I check after services. This was a simple service request. 1bed/1bath vacant unit move out. 20% of small detail work wasn’t completed at all. Leo returned to fixed those concerns the next day but did not feel the need to advise that his crew could not clean a light fixture on a standard ceiling 9ft. Will not use again.
