I am very impressed with the work that was done in 3.5 hours.
First of all, I would like to thank them for accommodating me when I asked for a move in/deep clean pretty last minute (the day before). On top of that, they left the house spotless. Our main floor has lots of window shutters covered in dirt. They didn’t leave one untouched (they are very meticulous). They look brand new. Thank you again! Will definitely be calling them for monthly standard cleaning.

Firas is an amazing cleaner. He is so focused, very fast and does a great job! He cleaned the dirty stove and bathroom and the glass door so nicely! He is a professional and knows what he is doing. He brought all the cleaning stuff with him. I will definitely hire him again!

I had used your services for deep house cleaning/ post construction or renovation.

I was first misinformed about the work and the cost of the work.

I was told that it would take 3 hrs for 3 people to clean the house. I and my wife had clearly mentioned and double checked calling back prior to the appointment regarding the scope of work to be done. We were reassured and promised that it would all be taken care of.

The day of our appointment, there were 3 people who showed up. Firas was the person who spoke with us. I had shown him the work we wanted to do. He immediately responded that it is a big house and it will taken 6 to 8 hrs and would need more people. He said he was told by the owner/ manager that it is a small home and were available for 3 hrs.

I had requested to finish all the work and will look into the hrs and payment afterwards. I had to go for work and as I had to go out of town I was not able to come back and check on the work

I was shocked and extremely disappointed and frustrated with the work

I was told by my wife that the workers were not well prepared, did not appear to have experience handling post construction/ renovation work.
They did not have tools or means to clean paint, dust places and clean fans and bulbs as they did not have ladders

I had informed you when we called that we had other companies who were willing to work for much less price. My wife was forced to pay 1250$ which was worth no more than 400$ for the work they have done

I am going to post a review about the same online and on google about the service you guys have done.

Unfortunately your folks are only useful for small and simple cleaning but not for professional cleaning

I am also going to report to best business bureau as I feel cheated.
