Great service! Fast and efficient for the service, and I was able to make an appointment easily and for the next day. You can’t see any of the stains on our couch and it smells super fresh. They even offered us additional services based on what we were getting the cleaning for (our dog). Would definitely use them again!

I left an inquiry and they got back to me very quickly (within 15 minutes) and we scheduled a time easily. The technician was running a little late but they let me know before he was scheduled to arrive and were communicating throughout, including after the service. The technician was hard working and polite and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I used Rhino for the first time recently to steam clean two heavy-traffic flights of carpeted stairs and a small carpeted landing, and the whole experience was first class. Online booking was straightforward and near term appointments readily available. Communication and confirmations throughout were numerous but not intrusive. The technician who came to me house was prompt, polite and immediately hard working - he had the job done to my entire satisfaction in less than 90 minutes. A very positive experience and I will look forward to using Rhino again.

Alex did an amazing job cleaning a used white sectional we got off Facebook marketplace. He arrived early and explained everything he was doing. The couch had several stains and now looks new and bright, plus smells amazing. Great price too. Will definitely use Rhino again in the future.

Rhino Service was so easy to work with. They were incredibly responsive over the phone and text. As well as very transparent about their pricing structure and any associated fees. They were able to fit me in the very same day I called and effectively got the coffee stain out of my brand new sofa.

I had multiple pieces cleaned — an office chair that had heavy daily use and old coffee stains, a 5-year-old couch, and four white dining chairs that have definitely seen better days. I honestly wasn’t expecting miracles, but the results were incredible.

I called Rhino Upholstery Cleaning in a full panic after my dog peed on my mattress. I needed same day help and they called me back immediately and were able to come out that afternoon. The technician who showed up was as professional and pleasant as the person on the phone and he worked on my mattress for hours with serious effort and zero shortcuts.

He got the stain out, he got the odor out and honestly the whole mattress ended up cleaner than it has ever been. The communication was clear, the pricing was transparent, the rates were reasonable and the responsiveness was exactly what you hope for when you’re dealing with a minor household disaster. I’m impressed and that doesn’t happen often.

Rhino Service did an excellent job cleaning a used couch I had purchased from Facebook Marketplace. It had a strong odor, and now it’s gone, along with some stains.

I was very impressed with the thorough cleaning of my very dirty carpeting by Rhino Service. Not only did he do a great job but they came out promptly, provided arrival updates and were reasonably priced with no hidden fees. I will definitely be calling them again for carpet cleaning and probably upholstery cleaning as well. It's such a pleasure to find a good, honest company these days!

They came earlier than scheduled time and finished real quick! All smell good and clean! We have two cats that makes stains on carpet. Even old stubborn stains are all gone. Great service great price. Thank you!

There was an incident at our place while we were out of town and Rhino Service Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning really saved the day. They made it so easy to schedule a technician at the last minute and their excellent communication ensured everything was seamless. The technician was upfront there was one area on the carpet where a stain may still be visible. He worked on it several times and managed to remove it after all. I was so relieved Rhino was able to help us in an emergency and now plan to use them for our general carpet and upholstery cleaning too.

I recently contracted with Rhino cleaning services to steam clean several pieces of furniture. In my due diligence, prior to selecting Rhino, I narrowed down the top three providers for such services in the Chicago downtown area. Rhino stood out immediately based on their immediate response, clear/ reasonable quoting of fees/services, and reliable and informed technician (Alex) who guided and educated me through the process. The day of the services were just as efficient, timely, with a very curtious technician. Not only would I utilize Rhino services for futures jobs, but would highly recommend to others.

This is my first time using Rhino Service but it won’t be the last. My dingy white sectional is back to being white and my carpet looks new again. Everything smells fresh and is clean. The technician was very courteous and really put his time and effort into this job. Highly recommend this company.

I called them after my dog decided my couch was his personal restroom, and honestly, I was preparing to say goodbye to that piece of furniture. Instead, they showed up like upholstery superheroes and erased all evidence of the crime. No smell, no stain, no lingering shame. My couch smells better than it did the day I bought it, and my dog is officially on thin ice. Would absolutely call them again, though hopefully for something less… personal.

Fantastic Service! Their cleaning work restored our sectional and ottoman! I thought it was a goner but it looks new! Their cleaner Yaro was extremely nice and did an amazing job. They were able to get the work done the same day as ordering the service. I am definitely using them again and would recommend!

Took great care with pretreatment, thoroughly cleaned and deodorized it. Looks like new! Also their equipment looked new and clean. Highly recommend Rhino.
