I booked a move-out cleaning with MaidThis Chicago and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The cleaners threw away several of my belongings that were in the apartment — including a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, and sentimental items that were irreplaceable (polaroids, magnets from my fridge, etc.).

When I told the owner, Brandon, he was very apologetic, admitted the cleaner was at fault, and agreed to issue me a refund. However, after weeks of delays and repeated excuses, he stopped following through, and I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because he never processed the refund he promised.

Losing personal items was bad enough, but the lack of follow-through after acknowledging responsibility made it clear to me that this is not someone I would trust to do business with again.

We onboarded MaidThis Cleaning of Chicago to clean our airbnb turnovers. Their system ties into the airbnb calendar and its basically a set it and forget it service. They send reports each time and let us know if any supplies are missing. They always answer or text back in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

MaidThis was able to cover my move out clean with just two days notice when I realized I was in over my head. I wish I had been using them all along because I've never seem my floors shine like this! Great cleaners and easy communication. Absolute 5 star service and now they clean my new place monthly.

Had a chance to meet the owner, Brandon, not too long ago...he does a ton of networking. As someone who's been an Airbnb Superhost, I know what a big deal it is for a place to be clean and I love that these guys literally work off a checklist so nothing gets missed. Gives me peace of mind.

I had Immaculate come to clean my condo before I put it on the market to sale after having a renter. They did an amazing job, I would highly recommend them and the price was great too.

I absolutely loved my cleaning with Immaculate! I booked the day before and they were in communication right away to get everything set. My apartment is so clean and organized after, it's fantastic, I have zero complaints. Would highly recommend!!
