[Reply update] I appreciate the reply but just want to add additional context in case it is helpful. Based on my text from the tech, they arrived about 10am (great timing) and finished by 10:49am (based on the job complete text). Apologies for underestimating the time by about 29 min. I was not aware the weather naturally melted so much ice until the job was complete and I received the before and after photos (otherwise you are correct I would have cancelled). I just hoped an honest business would have called me back prior to starting the work to let me know the need/scope has changed. As I would in my own work if the original task was no longer needed or recommended.

[Original review] Reached out for help with ice dam removal and was quoted $800 since it would take a full day. I felt taken advantage of as I’m out of town and with the rain most of the ice melted away and only took 30 min to remove what was left. When I called to discuss a reasonable adjustment given the job scope changed, I was given a message from the manager that there is nothing they can do because they did not have time to schedule other jobs to make up for it even though they agreed the rain melted most of the ice and the full job was no longer needed. Sharing given the dishonest business practice and unwillingness to discuss any reasonable options.

Maria and Joanisa are very professional and reliable. In our experience, Maria is prompt, efficient, and communicates very well. Our space is left looking sparkly clean. Very happy with the service Fresh Tech provides.

I've been using this maid service in Chicago for months, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their team is punctual, thorough, and always leaves my home looking immaculate every time.

I have had a wonderful experience with this service. The person I worked with for quotes and scheduling, Dave has been available and professional. Nina is the staff member who did the cleaning. She and her team were fantastic. They did an excellent job. She was easy to work with and very thorough. An extra bonus - my kids love her too!
Update: more recently I've had the opportunity to work with Leeanna Z. She is fantastic, goes above and beyond and does such a thorough job! I highly recommend her and I am always very glad when she is assigned to us.

I hired Fresh Tech to help me during postpartum recovery. Erika was always on time and cleaned everything thoroughly, especially high-traffic areas like the kitchen and bathroom, when I was physically unable to clean these places myself. She also wore a mask and was very thoughtful about how she cleaned to let me and baby rest. Highly recommend!

Ariana H. Has been cleaning our home for a long time. Not only does she do a very nice job, but she is very kind, understanding, and flexible. Our two kids and 1 dog house can be a bit crazy - really appreciate what she does to create ease for our family!

Stephanie is prompt, on time, always gives an update on arrival time. Does a fantastic job cleaning our business office. Very highly recommended!

UPDATE: Ariana has continued to be a wonderful cleaner and so friendly and flexible. She even figured out and told me how to fix our broken vacuum cleaner - and she was correct. We had to take a short break from cleaning but I hope we continue to get Ariana.

Ariana Honorable has been our cleaner for a while and she's wonderful. She does a great job cleaning our place (1 BD, 2 offices/BDs, 2 bathrooms) every time and I don't have to remind her of what needs to be done. If we need a different focus than usual, she's always flexible to change the order of the cleaning. She communicates any issues and arrival times. My 3 cats even like her (don't run away from her)

ANOTHER UPDATE! Lexie! We are super pleased Lexie is our regular technician, our top priority in using Fresh Tech. Lexie is a perfectionist - and provides lots of extra attention to our pets, also a top priority for us.

UPDATE: Recently, Candice has cleaned our home and provided stellar service. Our floors especially look great — bright and new! We appreciate their attention to detail making our furniture shine and bathrooms sparkling. Thank you, Candice!

Giovanna and Lexie do a wonderful job for us, making our home fresh, lovely, and sparkling clean each time they visit. I've been working with Kaleigh and Fresh Tech Maid over the last ~6 months for weekly cleanings in my apartment, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I've used other cleaning services in the past, but Kaleigh and Fresh Tech Maid stand out for three main reasons 1) Kaleigh shows up on time literally every single week, and she communicates with me directly when she's on her way (versus communications only coming through some third party robot or manager with some other services). This consistency and ease of communication with Kaleigh makes it easier for me to schedule my work meetings around the cleaning. 2) Kaleigh is very thorough in the cleaning and leaves the apartment spick and span every time! 3) Most importantly, Kaleigh always brings a good energy and positive attitude into the apartment. It may sound silly, but I feel like she is cleaning my apartment with the same energy and attention that she would clean her own home with - rather than rushing to get to the next job. We have been using Fresh Tech for years now. They have been pretty consistent and flexible when we need to move stuff around.

Ariana has been great! Always asks is there is anything we need to prioritize. She has great communication and arrives exactly on time.

I’ve had such a great experience with Fresh Tech Maids. I’ve been using their services since 2017. When my mom was alive, I hired them to clean her condo, and I thought all their cleaners were so nice and professional. Since having my daughter I’ve needed extra help with my own home. My weekly cleaner is Leeana, who does the most amazing job. She is so thorough and consistent and hilarious and I always feel like the house is in really good hands when she’s here. I also really appreciate that she’s so good with kids and dogs. My toddler and my dog just love her. I also want to give some praise to Hannah, our backup cleaner, who is also amazing. They’re both just the nicest, most helpful people. Not to be dramatic, but hiring Fresh Tech Maids has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my family, it’s given me a lot of my sanity back as a toddler mom. Highly recommend.
