Earl and his team did an amazing job with our office. Scheduling was easy. Resolving any issues we had was also a breeze. We definitely will continue to use them! You guys are awesome!

This company had clean my mattress before and did a great job, so when my puppy recently peed in my bed so I called. They woman that answered was extremely rude. She yelled at me for not hearing me on the phone, completely annoyed I was calling for a service. When I gave here the date I was looking to get my mattress serviced she quickly said we don't have anyone for this date (as if I should have known) and suggested other cleaning services instead of giving me the next best time and date to have my mattress serviced. I give them three stars because the time they cane they clean it well, but it was a very poor experience the second time, and went with someone else.

I give this business a -10. I had originally hired them based on the excellent reviews and prompt communication with owner. After setting up the appointment (a week in advance) I received the confirmation email and work order documents.

Yesterday, when they were supposed to be at my apartment at 3:0 p.m., secretary calls me saying that the technicians are running late.
I asked how late (I understand things happen); and she says "they'll be there probably by 5".

Are you kidding me?!!! you call me at 3 (time of scheduled service) to tell me they'll get there 2 hours later?! even if they had a delay, secretary or technicians themselves could have notify me around 2 or 2:30 p.m.

I left work early just to find myself dealing with an unreliable business AND ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, secretary tells me just to 'go back to work and come back by 5'. No, things don't work like that. I have responsibilities and commitments that I take seriously.

Clearly CSI-Absolute Clean DOES NOT TAKE THEIR CLIENTS SERIOUSLY.

I hired another person who got here ON TIME and did an excellent job.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH CSI-Absolute.

I was one of the first customers of CSI-Absolute Clean when they first started. I needed carpet cleaning and they did a tremendous job! They even provided a tutorial on how to get certain items out of the carpet that get stuck that a vacuum can't pick up. I highly recommend them to family and friends!

I purchased a marble table from CB2 Outlet in Naperville and the table had a very faint stain. I called CSI to get a quote and they sent out Ceasar. When he arrived at my home he took a look at the table. He educated me on the various ways that marble tables can be stained. While I did not ultimately utilize the services I felt that Ceasar was not trying to sell me a service just for the sake of taking my money. I was greatly appreciative of that. He offered some great tips on how I could care for my table. I would definitely recommend this company as I feel they were honest and would do right by customers.

BLOOMINGDALE, IL HOME -- FEBRUARY 2020 - We were in the process of selling my fiance's home in Bloomingdale and was a little worried about the carpet. The carpet is from the previous owner. We needed everything to be clean and ready for the realtor, so CSI -Absolute company came to the rescue and let me tell you when I say that they are the MIRACLE company. Andre was able to get all our carpets look brand new. They did an awesome job cleaning the carpet and other parts I thought would not be removed but he was able to deliver and was courteous the whole time. Thank you, CSI,- Absolute Clean.

NEW CARPENTERSVILLE, IL - JUNE 2020 - Andre was kind, very professional and extremely thorough. Great service, quality and value. This is our second time using CSI-Absolute. They are careful with all the process and your furniture. The carpets and vents look great and smell brand new. My family and I recently used CSI Cleaning to re-grout and seal the shower floor/bed of our recently purchased home. Our sales rep Cesar was very informative with his estimate, and the team's technician Andre arrived at our home in a timely manner and walked us through every step of what he would be doing from cleaning to sealing. Andre took his time to ensure the product quality was to our approval, and even took the time to explain how to prolong the life of our newly sealed shower for our own long term benefit.

The CSI team was very communicative with our needs, and we'd appreciate using them in the future. Highly recommended!

Just had my first experience with CSI and will definitely use them again in the future. I had them strip, clean, and seal slate floors in our kitchen and ceramic tile and grout in our bathroom. The tile and grout were both very dirty. First, I really liked their website and how they introduce you to all their employees. A company that spends the time showing off their employees definitely cares about them. The estimate guy, Earl, was very nice. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. I do wish he would have explained my options for sealants more, as I knew nothing about this. I received the estimate a few days later and was actually able to schedule the work the next week. When the technicians showed up I saw that they held true to what the website showed -- they really were friendly and passionate about the work they were doing. They spent time talking to me and showing me the options. They even did a few example test areas on my floor so I could see what it looked like. I learned so much from talking to them that I decided to use a different type of sealant. The job ended up looking better than I expected. Plus, they finished 4 hours earlier than expected. The office promptly gave me a credit for the difference in labor and supplies. I would definitely use them again. My only advice would be to make sure you do a little research ahead of time if you are getting your floors sealed like I was. These guys know what they are talking about and you will definitely be able to get exactly what you want done at a good price. Also, I was really impressed too with how clean they were. They noticed there was some dirt left on the floor and they cleaned it up right away without me having to even ask. They were super polite too. Great job and great company to work with!

Very pleased with their work. Estimate was clear and written in a way that allowed me to see costs for different services so it was easy to decide what I wanted done.

They showed up as promised, brought drop cloths to protect the floor they weren't working on, and brought the right equipment to do the job. Results were great and floor and vanities have a nice shine. I would recommend them for any floor or natural stone work.

We used them for the first time this week to clean our ceramic flooring in our Condo building. Angel and Jose did a fabulous job and took their time, they did by hand many areas that were very hard to clean.
Now our building sparkles and smells so clean. They now have a new client.

Awesome customer service from beginning to end. Professional estimate initially, polite and engaging technicians who were very careful and respectful of my home! They did a nice job cleaning the grout of my marble floors and gave me pointers on how to maintain the grout over time! Highly recommend CSI!

The CSI team was amazing from my initial contact all the way through the final follow up. When I contacted them initially they responded quickly and had a estimator scheduled very promptly. He came out and did a good 15-20 minute inspection on several areas that needed work. We determined that the granite, marble and travertine in the unit would need to be done. They were easily able to schedule a convenient date for the work to be completed. Note: It is best to give them at least a few weeks lead time as they are in high demand because the work is so good.

They did the work and I am incredibly pleased. One of the showers was in terrible shape with mold and very dirty grout. It looks brand new and there is no trace of the mold. The other marble and granite is shining like I have never seen it before. They were polite, clean and efficient with their work.

It is definitely not an inexpensive service, but it is well worth it. We were rehabbing a condo before putting it on the market, and although not cheap this was a far better option than doing a full gut rehab on bathrooms and kitchens.

This is the 2nd year I have used CSI and will have them come out annually every year to clean and restore my marble bath floors and shower. They provide excellent, high quality service and are extremely professional. Thank you Angel for your attention to detail and courteous service! CSI you are the best! See you next year!

I was recommended to CSI through a friend of a friend who raves about the service from CSI. I have to agree that they were fantastic. I was quoted over the phone just by giving dimensions. They were very good with info on what I needed to do to prepare for the carpet cleaning. I've used a carpet cleaning company in the past and CSI did a WAY BETTER job. They got stains out of my daughter's carpets that the other company did not. The guy who did the job was courteous, very informative and polite. Price was very fair too. They use HOT water, from their truck and it cleans so well. I would recommend this company!

Very impressed with this company. They are incredibly professional and organized - immediately responding to my inquiry and finding a way to fit me into their schedule given the tight timelines for the project I needed them for. The technician was kind and respectful of my time, and he did a wonderful job fixing tiles in our bathroom and re-caulking our shower. I received an itemized invoice almost immediately following the work that was done. I highly recommend CSI to anyone in need of tile/grout repair.
