I recently decided to hire CSI absolute clean and I will say they CSI absolutely messed up my new tile floor. All jokes aside, the managers are incredibly hypocritical and not helpful whatsoever in helping with fixing the tile floor that they decided to destroy in their process of so called cleaning.

We just had a marble floor and two bathroom vanities restored, and granite countertops cleaned and sealed. Everything from the rapid estimate request to the service performed was executed professionally and on time. The final result was definitely worth the price and I highly recommend this business. Who would guess a company with this name does this type of very high quality stone work?

Earl is knowledgeable, professional and sincere. He has been in industry for his full career and he brings a level of experience and pride to his work that ensures a positive experience. If you work with CSI, make sure you have a chance to interact with him.

CSI is environmentally conscious and they have a proprietary stone/marble cleaner that has no VOCs that we highly recommend.

Great staff - professional, timely, courteous, neat, organized and so knowledgeable and so friendly. CSI=Absolute Clean will be my annual "go-to" for all my stone cleaning, sealing and restoration jobs!

We hired CSI to clean some old/nasty tile floors in one of our rental properties. They also painted/sealed over the grout lines to ensure a clean/consistent look. The entire team was very responsive and the young men that completed the work were very good about communicating to make sure we were happy with our grout paint color. The total for the project came in under their initial quote as well. That never happens, and we really appreciated it!

Yesterday I had 2 service techs (Andre and Saul) out to my home to clean my carpets. They arrived on time, if not a few minutes early. The techs were professional and had appropriate protective gear, which made me feel at ease from the start. Andre reviewed the areas that I needed cleaned, communicated the plan of action, and then the guys got to work right away.

When the work was finished, I was amazed at how clean the carpets were and how thoroughly and quickly the job got done. Thank you to Teri and the helpful team at CSI for making the service I received smooth and easy from the first phone call!

These guys did the cleanup for my restaurant build out. Absolutely the best. They came in and left the place spotless. Also the most professional, prompt and thorough cleaning company you'll ever work with- they go above and beyond! Absolutely would recommend!!

Yesterday, had a very positive experience with Jose Osorio, who has been w/CSI for 11 years. He went over and beyond my original work order without complaint. I kept adding projects and he happily obliged with a great attitude. You don’t find workers like this anymore! He has so many commendable attributes: knowledgeable, courteous, professional, who takes great pride in his workmanship. He restored, refinished & sealed my travertine floors & shower walls & granite countertops, made them look brand new after 5 years of wear.
Jose deserves praise and a bonus and would highly recommend him for your next project!

CSI is a great company!! They refinished the limestone tile on my bathroom floor and it came out beautifully. All the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend them!

We hired CSI absolute clean to come in and refinish bathroom floors in our home. Prior to leaving, one of their technicians caused damage to freshly refinished wood floors outside of their working area.

As a female, I felt extremely discriminated against not only by the male technician but Caesar from their main office when discussing the issue we were facing. They immediately put blame on me saying there was no way they could’ve caused the damage. The area of damage was wet with chemicals, and the only person in the room that day was their technician. The technician had a buffer/ sander with many different chemicals/ finishes with him. So they’re saying the large, circular abrasion marks immediately next to the room they were working on are from us???

If you use CSI, be sure to setup video cameras while doing their work so you’re not left with a mess like what we’re dealing with

I have this company come out to clean and polish some travertine flooring and also granite countertops. Their customer service is amazing They sent a nice gentleman out to give me an estimate and talk about services Every time I had a question and called in customer service was exceptional The two gentleman that came out to do the work were respectful of the building and did a beautiful job restoring my stone I highly recommend them

We recently had our marble bathroom sinks resurfaced as well as a couple of bathroom floors and a shower. They also cleaned and sealed our kitchen backsplash and countertops. The team did an amazing job and brought new life to our dull and etched stone throughout the house. They also fixed/repaired caulk & grout areas that were either discolored/moldy or were falling apart. We looked at several companies to do the restoration work and CSI was the most complete and competitive with their quote. The whole team was professional and answered my questions promptly and honestly throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to restore any stonework.

I don’t judge companies by their mistakes, but rather by how they respond to their mistakes.

CSI was hired to do a partial restoration in our master bathroom, directly adjacent to newly finished wood floors. The technician protected a small area of the floor outside the bathroom and as he was packing up we noticed major abrasion marks through the new wood floors right outside of the covered area. The technician immediately denied any wrongdoing, even though the abrasion mark was freshly wet with some sort of chemical.

After he left we were left to chase after their management who said there are two sides to every story and are denying all wrongdoing in the situation. Thea floors were only finished days before this work was done, and were in pristine condition. They started every conversation by saying how transparent and honest they are, by then proceeding to give us the middle finger on damage they caused…we are so upset by this situation..

Our warning to you is to go with another local company, or if you absolutely have to use CSI, take photos of everything they might touch so you're prepared to win whatever legal battle they leave you with.

Caesar, you have my number when you'd like to man up and rectify this damage that your team caused.

Everyone is great at CSI. Earl and Angel were the techs that came out and did the work on my marble tile in my shower and on my marble bathroom sink, everything looks brand new. I will definitely use this company again for future cleaning and repairs. Cesar the contact in the office was very fast with replies on any questions I had and friendly. Great company to do business with.

As someone who as spend 45 years working In the service field and dealing with customer as a Dispatcher & Customer Service person. to find both a company and service tech like Andre. That take care of service call with 5 star service Is hard to find. Andre work plan was outstanding and well laid out . Thanks to

Cesar came out immediately to give us an estimate on our travertine floor. Our technician Andre was very professional and courteous. He spent a lot of time preparing our floor and returning it to its former glory. Thank you guys for everything. We really appreciate it.
