Brought a MCM upholstered chair here to be cleaned after a disastrous attempt to clean it myself. (Turns out the cleaning solution I used was too basic and reacted chemically with the upholstery to turn an unpleasant brown color - who knew? Looked like a urine stain, it was SO BAD.) Carl and his team treated it and it looks almost as good as new. I am immensely grateful, as it’s part of a one-of-a-kind MCM furniture set and there was no way to match the upholstery. Had I not found Carl and personal touch, I would have had to reupholster the whole set for mucho dinero. Thanks, Carl! 🙏 I wish I had taken before/after pics - his work was that impressive - but, alas, I did not :(

Personal touch did a great job cleaning my extremely dirty and pet hair infested couch! I’ve had Stanley steamer do previously and I do think personal touch did a better job. Responsive and friendly as well!

Personal Touch picked up 4 of our high end, large area rugs for cleaning, one of which is antique. We specifically worked with Carl and he was very responsive and professional. Carl is knowledgeable about all types of rugs be they wool, wool/silk blend, etc. and he was very patient in answering my questions.

These guys are the best. Carl and his team always show up quickly and know how to knock out stains. I have two little toddlers and they left their mark in almost every room. He stopped went through the whole house and fixed every stain! Highly recommend!

Carl was in our condo building cleaning carpeting and saw my entry rug as we were talking about the state of the building's carpet. He told me that they did cleaning of orientals if we ever wanted the two handmade runners I had (from a trip to Egypt) cleaned. I took him up on the offer as they hadn't been professionally cleaned for eight years. They did a fabulous job on the rugs - they really look better than when I bought them in 2001! Highly recommend Carl's work. He has been trained for these specific types of rugs with specialized training. Prior to this I had used Oscar Isberian and been very happy but this work was actually even better. First rate service. Quality work.

I have pets and high end carpeting... had tar stain from new roof. Others told me not much chance it will go well... I had no such reaction and these guy were fast and efficient. Best company I've used...and I've used a lot! Moshe was my contact... nicest guy you could do business with!! Look no further! I'll be sending my orientals there for sure!

They came out on a one day notice. Such attention to detail. I am from the area on Kolmar and would suggest this to anybody needing a cleaning. I thought he would be here for one hour but two hours later still knocking it out such good service

We had an excellent experience with Grace and her crew. The communication was excellent before they came, they arrived on time as agreed, and they did a wonderful job! We would recommend this service to anyone.

Please do not trust this company. Grace’s cleaner broke a faucet in our house. Grace refused to submit a claim to her insurance agency. She failed to take responsibility. In addition, she does not enforce COVID precautions with her cleaners.
