This was our first time using Lakeview Maids, from the moment I spoke with Ana on the phone on what we wanted clean for our first visit- I chose to do a deep clean first and then schedule monthly cleanings, starting in December. She asked questions, listened to what we wanted cleaned to getting to know our family and dog. Knowing that we would have the same team at our home for each cleaning, made me feel assured. The team was wonderful and our house was fantastic after they left. I can't wait for them to return next month! Just what I needed in time for the holidays.

Lakeview maids is highly recommended! Our business owns a small company with around 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms, We contacted Lakeview Maids for an urgent deep cleaning. The response time was perfect all the employees and Ana is very respectful and helpful. The price was negotiable we scheduled a cleaning for a certain date, Cleaners arrived on time cleaned everything perfectly were very communicative and understanding.

We have been using Lakeview Maids cleaning for a bi-weekly cleaning since December at our house in Lincoln Park and then in Lakeview when we moved. Olga typically does our cleanings and we had Marta recently as well. Both do an excellent job and are friendly and professional. We are always so happy with our service and it’s such a nice stress relief to have a clean house. We have a dog with a lot of shedding and it’s so nice having the dog hair gone (atleast for a few weeks :) ). Also I have had to reschedule or cancel on a few occasions and I never have a problem calling and getting my cleanings moved. Thank you for the service and we’ll keep using L.M.

I recently had my house thoroughly cleaned by the fantastic team of Olga Marta. I had never used a cleaning service before, and I admit, I was a little skeptical. However, they did a marvelous job. My house has never looked better. They went far beyond what I expected and even rearranged some of my belongings to make for a less cluttered layout. I was so impressed that I requested they be my dedicated cleaning crew in the future. They are extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. You can’t go wrong when they come to your house and make it sparkle.

Really great service. Called them to come clean my condo last weekend in preparation for my in-laws coming over. They were very easy to book and gave me all the information through email which made it easy to keep track of. On the day of the cleaning, two cleaners arrived and started working immediately. They did a fantastic job and were able to even get my oven out to clean the backside of it! Thank you LM

I want to thank Sean and Marta for the wonderful cleaning job. I would definitely recommend this husband & wife team to anyone scheduling a cleaning with Lakeview Maids! They arrived on-time. They are very friendly and trustworthy. They were friendly with my dog (unlike some house cleaners who are afraid of animals). They cleaned, vacuumed and dusted every room thoroughly. They even cleaned and dusted the ceiling fans and AC air intake grill. Upon leaving, the kitchen, bathrooms and hardwood floors were all sparkling and shining...The next time I schedule a cleaning with Lakeview Maids, I will be requesting Sean and Marta to be my cleaners again...Thanks again!!!

Delia and her team at Lakeview Maids do a fantastic job! They have been the cleaning company for our Airbnbs for years and have always given our guests the highest quality cleanings with a smile every single time. We have been using Lakeview Maids for 5 months and are very happy with their service. They clean areas other cleaning companies tend to overlook and take special care in our home. They work quickly and efficiently to ensure the cleanliness of our home. We also enjoy finding the little touches they leave! Things like a flower made out of tissues in our tissue box or a design on our toilet paper! Ana comes every visit and ensures that her and her team’s cleaning are up to our expectations. She takes extra special care and always briefs her team upon entering and gives them a quick tour if they've never been to our home before. Delia and Marta are occasionally part of the team and they also do a fantastic job! We are overall happy with Lakeview Maids and recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning company.

Called multiple times and left voicemails/texts to cancel our appointment. When Ana Petrov finally called me back she refused to cancel or refund. When I told her that it was more than 48 hours in advance, she kept repeating that it was not. I'm not sure how 3:07pm on Thursday is not more than 48 hours before 3:30 on Saturday, hmmm?
I kept asking her to explain to me how it's NOT 48 hours in advance but she just kept repeating herself. I offered to have my husband call to cancel since he made the original appt, then she hung on me.
Maybe they're good at cleaning but they are not good at math :)

update: I just read the owners responses to all the negative reviews and that is very telling. Do your due diligence to make sure you are dealing with a company that can remain professional even when a customer is unhappy.

AGAIN--3:07PM ON THURSDAY IS NOT LESS THAN 48 HOURS FROM 3:30 ON SATURDAY. I OFFERED TO HAVE MY HUSBAND CALL YOU TO CANCEL BUT THAT WASN'T SUFFICIENT EITHER.

Just got my studio cleaned by Lakeview Maids and they did a great job!

They charged me $350 for a deep cleaning, which is higher than other quotes I’ve gotten, but I can’t fault their work. My place is spotless; they even scrubbed the inside of my fridge.

If you’ll be away from home during your scheduled cleaning, someone from Lakeview Maids will come by and pick up your keys. Day of, the cleaners walk through your apartment and confirm your price, you pay them via Zelle, and then they start cleaning. Delia and Ana were both very responsive by email and text throughout the process.

I would recommend these people to others, and I would use their services again.

Hired Lakeview Maids to do a deep cleaning on my parents home in Chicago and they did a fantastic job with the cleaning and keeping me updated throughout the process. Great family owned business. Tania (older polish lady) did an amazing job with my studio apartment. I’ve used Lakeview Maids a few times and they’ve always done an exceptional job. They work with my work from home schedule which helps a lot. Tania came on time with all her supplies and finished within 2 1/2 hours and did a wonderful job. Also got to speak to her and got to know her. Contacted Ana and set up a biweekly service with Tania. I’ve also had Delia clean my apartment and she’s done an amazing job as well!
