We hired Lakeview Maids to do a deep cleaning of our home that was going to go on the market and needless to say our house just needed a little touch up before getting photos taken. I prepared them by letting them know what I wanted them to focus on and the condition of the home and Ana assured me that they have it taken care of. They only offer flat rates, but they were pretty reasonable and responsive. I was extremely happy with their prices and added a very generous tip on top of the price.

They also clean for my family on a biweekly basis. They do an amazing job for them too. Ana and her crew are always giving 120% and they are extremely friendly and easy to work with. Lakeview Maids was fantastic! We have a golden retriever and it had been a good while since our last deep clean of our 2BR/2BA apartment. There was a lot of dog hair, dust, and dirt on surfaces and in those easy-to-overlook spots like base boards, blinds, etc. so we were especially looking for a cleaning service that was going to be thorough and diligent. Lakeview Maids ended up being everything we hoped for and more!

I worked with Ana on the phone, who was very professional and eager to help. She answered all my questions and got me set up with a next-day appointment and was even able to offer the flexibility of sending 2 people over 1, to shorten the total time needed for cleaning. The next day, Olga and Marta arrived perfectly on time and were very professional and thorough at every step of the way. They covered every surface, nook, and cranny and the apartment was sparkling by the end!

Hired Lakeview Maids as a gift for a friend of mine who recently moved into her new apartment. Her apartment was pretty dirty and my biggest concern was the top of the cabinets which looked like they haven’t been cleaned or touched in years. Booking process was extremely easy through email and they sent me all the information I needed for the day of the cleaning. Showed up right on time with all their supplies and did a thorough walkthrough of my home before letting me know how long it would take which gave me time to run errands which was super nice!

Came back to the apartment smelling amazing and everything being cleaned and ready to go for my friend’s move in date. She was super happy with the results and I was amazed that the apartment could even look like that again. Lakeview maids did a great job on my home! Everything was on point especially the scheduling process. They explained the entire process before sending the cleaning crew over and then went above and beyond with cleaning the light fixtures even though they weren’t included in the price. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend reading all of the reviews, including the reviews on Yelp. Used them as a cleaning service for approximately five months prior to putting them on pause while we renovated our home. They requested prepayment in exchange for a no-charge deep cleaning after we moved back in. Once we moved in, Ana said the deep cleaning would be the traditional cost and not "no-charge". She ignored her previous communications each time I forwarded the prior email thread. She then offered a refund of the prepayment if I couldn't agree to the revised terms. I immediately accepted the refund and asked for repayment. She then spent three weeks describing how she never offered a refund. Once I mentioned that I would be taking legal action, she effectively invited me to file a small claims court complaint. It is possible that she does this as she knows that most people do not follow through on any form of legal recourse.
