I was looking for cleaning service for a while and tried out a few, none of them are as satisfying as Accessmaids. They are recommended by neighbors, and I am pretty happy with them. They are easy to book online, maids arrive on time and communicate well before they arrive. The cleaning job is very well done, I couldn't do any better than they do. I will definitely use them as my go to cleaning service in the future.

I've used Access Maids many times and they are always nice, professional, and do a great job. My place looks spotless every time, and they’re great about little details most people miss. I always get what I specifically ask for (ie refrigerator cleaning, cleaning underneath carpets). Highly recommend!

I've been using Accessmaids for our unit in Fulton Market for the better part of the last year and I'm more pleased with the service every time they come for a visit. Since the birth of our daughter, my wife and I increased visits to every other week and the value for the service is incredible!

I requested a deep clean of my small apartment, and the two ladies that came over were absolutely excellent. They left my place spotless and clean. No complains and will be using Access Maids in the future.

I booked access maids to do a standard clean of my home ahead of the holiday season and guests staying in my little two bedroom apartment. I found them via Google and search and decided to book. The amount of options to add to your clean was very helpful as my ceiling fans, baseboards and oven needed a little extra love. These were bonus options with a transparent price tag attached to them, but I was happy to pay it. On the day of the clean, I let the cleaning team into my apartment and asked that they lock up and text when they left. Coming back to my freshly cleaned apartment that evening was such a relief. Everything was beautifully done and it was so nice or luxuriate in my clean apartment before guests arrived the next day. The two women did a wonderful job and I'd book access maids again in the future!

AccessMaids was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I booked a move-out cleaning that was advertised/billed as 2 maids at $50/hr. Instead, they sent 4 maids, and I ended up being charged more than double what I expected—over twice as much as the next most expensive option listed on their own website. I feel the pricing was massively misrepresented and that I was egregiously overcharged.

Even worse, the cleaning quality was poor. For a move-out clean, the results were not close to what I would consider acceptable. Between the surprise billing and the subpar work, I would not recommend AccessMaids.

The maids cleaning of my apartment is beyond outstanding. Considering the heavy condition of my place, words cannot describe the attention to detail the maids employed. My bedroom was cluttered with the abundant pairs of shoes I have and my bedroom closet was frankly in a deplorable condition. Nonetheless, when I came home, after the cleaning, not only was my bedroom was cleaned immaculately, my many pairs of shoes were arranged into the previously deplorably cluttered bedroom closet in neatly arranged pairs. The maids folded my many beddings in the bedroom closet with such attention to detail that would make a marine corps drill sergeant proud. I’m a combat trained former navy hospital corpsman who spent his sea duty with the marines. I can credibly make this inference. A single handkerchief was neatly folded and neatly placed on my dresser. My entire apartment was cleaned with such care and attention to detail. The oven, refrigerator, freezer and microwave were cleaned beyond reproach. The maids cleaning of my apartment was outstanding. I regret I could not tip the maids more. I am emphatically pleased with how the maids cleaned my apartment. Please let the maids know how pleased I am with the outstanding, even above and beyond care the maids employed in cleaning my apartment.

Purchased a basic clean from Sunday Cleaners and could not have been more pleased with the results! Our cleaner was professional and left the apartment spotless. These are also the best prices I’ve seen for high quality cleaning in the Chicago area.

Please do not waste your money and time. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I do not believe their ratings. Owner Jack is really careless and a liar. He said he would charge me 24 hr before the clean and charged on the day I booked. Miranda, omg she was so lazy and I felt she was high when she was cleaning. She did not clean anything. She was at home for 5 hours and did nothing. She did not mop our home at all, she did not move light weight furnitures while vacuuming and when I asked her to move, said she will talk to boss. She did not wipe the windows, kitchen top is left dirty. Washroom corners are dirty. I could have cleaned myself. She left in the middle of cleaning without even telling me. When I tried calling the owner, he is not picking my calls. So please do not hire them.

Will definitely be using this company again. The whole process was super easy from the person who booked my appointment and the cleaning its self was well above expectations. She was very detailed in the work she did. Didn’t miss anything and made my apartment looks better than when I moved in.
