I have used Accessmaids twice and have already scheduled them on a recurring basis. It is an absolute joy to come home from work to a spotless house! I really love the ease of scheduling too, their website is very easy to use and you can pick and choose what services you want added. I am looking forward to having my house cleaned again!

Had an amazing experience with Accessmaids! We used their services for a deep clean and they did a terrific job, we were blown away by how much effort and detail was put into the service. Things were cleaned that I never would have thought of! I would definitely use them again next time I need cleaning.

This “Alex” runs this “company” on his own phone number. They charged my credit card because they think they can just run credit cards and people won’t notice. I have colleagues who work at Stripe so I will disable their payment platform. They charged my card for 115 dollars and he is shocked I noticed. You can't just run credit cards as you please. This is exactly why Stripe blocks accounts. I wonder who he is going to charge next time when he has no payment platform to run.

The cleaning services provided were very through. I have booked using access maids 4 times over the last few months and have always had a good experience. The maids are always on time, listen to requests, and tidy areas that normally aren’t thought of. I have had great results with this company and with very reasonable prices.

Hired cleaning services for the first time and definitely won't be the last. I have a 1b 1b apartment and two people came to clean. They were timely, professional, and very thorough. I do not want to touch my apartment now because it is so clean! Highly recommend and will be using their services again.

I found myself about to host a large party (50+ people) and I knew I couldn't get the place I was staying clean enough on my own. I contacted Accessmaids late the day before and requested help. Two cleaners came and made the rooms that I needed clean spotless. I was beyond impressed. Highly recommend!!!

Access Maids was very easy to work with and professional. I appreciate that they are very communicative, answering my various questions promptly. The two cleaners they sent arrived on time, were very friendly and did an excellent job. Unlike other services I have tried, they brought their own supplies which was very helpful.

I was super impressed with Accessmaids. It was great to be able to book at the last minute, they offered a 10% discount AND I could pay with my credit card which made the process super easy. Both cleaning professionals that came to my home were very kind, prompt and made my condo feel completely brand new. Plus, they did the cleaning while I was holed up in my office with my dogs, which isn't always easy. Compared with some other local services, Accessmaids has been far superior. 10/10 reco.

They were on time and did a great job with my apartment. I got the move out cleaning with refrigerator and oven cleaning. They did such a good job my landlord asked who I hired. Would use again.

The first time I got my place cleaned, everything went fine.

The second time, they couldn’t find the front door of my house. I was on the phone with *three* different people for over an hour, trying to explain that my house was on google maps, that they had been here before with no issue, that they just needed to type the address and pull into the driveway, etc etc.

80 minutes later, the person on the phone insists that they are at the front door. I send them a video showing them the empty front door and street. I ask them to cancel because it has been eighty real life minutes (keep in mind, they were supposed to show at 7:30AM, it’s now 8:40!) and I need to go on with the rest of my day.

Now, the tone switches and they say they will charge a cancellation fee. I tell them that they’re literally not showing up, so they can’t charge me for not showing up. They insist that they are there, and we cycle like this a few times before I give up. Ended up needing to file a chargeback with all the video proof, text screenshots, etc.

Stay far, far away from this company. When they show up they do a great job, but when they don’t, they will charge you anyways!!!

I've used Accessmaids several times over the last few years, and have not been disappointed. Scheduling is easy and reliable on their website. The cleaning is very detailed.

Very easy to schedule on their website. Professional service. Always shows up during their time. Left my apartment clean. Appreciate the option for using green cleaning products.

Update 10/25: did a great deep cleaning following a home bathroom update that left my unit covered in dust. The before and after difference was amazing!

Great experience from start to finish!

I was able to set up everything online. I appreciated the all-inclusive apartment pricing as well as the ability to add on additional, specific tasks I needed.

The two maids who cleaned my apartment this week provided an excellent service. They arrived punctually and came fully prepared with all necessary cleaning supplies. Their efficiency was evident as they completed the job within the agreed-upon timeframe. What particularly stood out was their honesty - when an item accidentally broke during the cleaning process, they promptly informed me about the incident.

Their thoroughness was impressive, leaving no corner of the apartment untouched. The overall cleanliness and freshness of my living space after their visit was remarkable. Their professionalism, combined with their attention to detail, made for a highly satisfactory experience. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend their services to others looking for reliable and efficient cleaning assistance.

They arrived on time and were cordial. They immediately began to clean the bedrooms and restrooms, and I did have to ask them to remove their shoes a few minutes into the cleaning. I honestly regret SO MUCH that I tipped them before walking through to inspect my home first. They did a very mediocre job, worse than I would do if I just cleaned myself. I paid extra for the refrigerator to be cleaned and there was visible dirt and stains in the door and on the fridge walls. They did not clean the outside of the fridge. They didn’t even clean the kitchen doors. There was VISIBLE sweepable dirt on the kitchen floor. There was visible dirt in the bedroom closet floors and around the couches in the living room. After cleaning the fridge it smelled rank and I had to use lemon to clean it again and get the scent out. I still had to sweep and mop the kitchen after they left. My work desk was dusted but not wiped. this was my first time hiring cleaners. disappointed with this experience. They honestly seemed surprised that I tipped them and I see why.

Every service we’ve had from access mates has been incredible, this one was absolutely exceptional. We have a newborn, so our place needed a little bit of work. They organized everything in such an incredible fashion. It made everything feel so fabulous!

Outstanding Cleaning Service for Our Apartment Building!
We recently hired Accessmaids to handle the cleaning for our 8-unit apartment building, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results!

Terrible cleaning service! we ordered a deep clean service at $295 for a basically empty condominium we were moving into, yet they didn’t do any detail at all. The closet remains dirty, they only wiped the eyeleveled parts of cabinets and left all top cabinets untouched. the bathroom floors was just mopped over once or not at all as I can still see so much dirt as I scrubbed the floor myself and mopped it again, so how was this a deep clean and priced as such. This was basic cleaning I cld have done even better myself for zero dollars. the service was not worth it at all, don’t waste your money on these people, especially the 2 Ukrainian ladies.
The whole condo was empty there is no excuse for such poor service! Waste of money and time!

I’m a regular with cleaning services performed every (3) weeks. Excellent service and always arrive on time! Highly recommend you to contact them for an appointment!

The move out cleaning service that I ordered was completely unsatisfactory. Many of the specific request that I picked out on their menu such as cleaning the baseboard, wall, door frame, light switches, blinds, the closet, dog hair, tile were NEVER DONE. The cost of the service was $312 ($40/hr, 2 hours and 50 mins with 2 people) and honestly i truly believe they spent about 30 mins in my apartment and that was it.

I emailed and called the company immediately after I have received the poor service. However 8 hours later, they charged my credit card. I further emailed them and then they said they want to make up for the service 2 days later but it was too late I had already need to hand the keys to my tenant.

I followed up again and demanded a full refund. They said that they don't offer refund due to their terms and condition and said "Please note all unpaid invoices are sent to the 3rd party for collection." (see screenshots below) I totally felt that was a threat.
