I initially had this company to clean my gutters. They did a fantastic job. In that process, I asked if they could look at a missing piece of some facia that was not on the house. Thank God I did. The wood was damaged, and wasp had formed 3 hornets nest in the attic. We would see dead wasp or hornets in the basement bathroom but didn't know where they were coming from until they took a look at it. Anyways, we had the wood and aluminum replaced, and they took the nest out. I would recommend this company to anyone. I also thought the price was pretty reasonable. Thanks, guys. Clean Master Service did an amazing job on my windows. They had not been cleaned in 2 years, so they were filthy! They left my windows so clean. We are very happy and will use this company again!

The Clean Master Team arrived early and cleaned my windows both in and outside, they did an excellent job! The cost was fair and reasonable! They gave me instructions on how to have my screens fixed and they came back free of charge to put the screens back in place. I can see clearly now 😊!

After the heavy rain this summer in Chicago we knew it was time for new gutters. We had ignored the gutters long enough. I sent out a request on Yelp and Carlos quickly responded. He came out and gave me a fair estimate. I did not want gutters from a big box chain company. I prefer small business owners.

I did meet with a few other gutter companies but my instinct told me to go with Clean Master Service.

A week before the gutters were supposed to go up, Carlos asked for a deposit. I told him to send me a contract and a receipt which he did. He was always very responsive.

The night before the gutters went up, I was nervous. I couldn't sleep.

Carlos, did introduce me to Ricardo, one of the workers who would be taking care of our gutters. Both Carlos and Ricardo were very professional and always on time. The job took about 4 days because of the rainy days and because we did not anticipate some rotten wood along the house.

Carlos called me to tell me about the wood.

In the end I was very impressed with how Ricardo took his time installing the gutters, downspouts and fascia. One day he was here super late into the night because he was making sure that enough material was up and working for the next day which forecasted rain.

I can't tell you how grateful I am the gutters are finally done! They look amazing.

They also covered our front wooden roof peak with aluminum siding. It looks absolutely perfect.

I will call Carlos for future projects. Thanks for your commitment to quality and a happy customer.

Carlos and his team are Great! He really knows his stuff. They answer right away and show up on time with a smile and a good laugh. They really take the time to figure out the issue, give fair quotes and finish the job in a timely manner. I definitely will be working with him again!
