We had two couches professionally cleaned. Process was very easy, and the gentleman Steve who came out was very professional. He was here for 2 to 2 1/2 hours with his equipment, and when he left the couches were already noticeably more clean before they even had time to dry. This morning we could really see the difference. Will call on them again!

They are a very good company honest very respectful and it does a very good job. They clean my three rooms, my stairs and the hallway and they also clean my carpet rub downstairs for free. I will recommend this company to anyone need to get that carpet clean.

We had a great experience with SN Cleaning! We needed our sectional and family room rug cleaned after going through the newborn baby phase. They were able to quickly get us on the schedule and had prompt communication throughout the entire process. Alex was very friendly and did an awesome job! Pricing seemed very fair as well. SN cleaning did a great job cleaning our wool couch and wool rug. The rug looks new! We've also used them in past for cleaning wall-to-wall carpeting. The technician arrived during the allotted time slot. He was professional, fast, didn't leave a mess, and cleaned everything up. I recommend their services, and I would use them again. I recently used *SN Cleaning* to clean my Beautyrest hybrid king-size mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I contacted them on Monday and received a response the very same day. They were able to schedule me quickly and came out the next day to clean the mattress. The technician was friendly, professional, and explained the aftercare instructions clearly. I followed their guidance by leaving the windows open for 24 hours to allow the mattress to dry completely.

By Wednesday afternoon, the mattress was fully dry and smelled amazing. However, I noticed a few stains that I hoped could be improved with a second attempt. I reached out to the company, and they were extremely understanding, professional, and flexible. A manager personally returned on Thursday afternoon to redo the mattress, focusing specifically on the remaining stains. Again, the service was professional and friendly.

After the second treatment and following their drying instructions (leaving the windows open for 24+ hours), I am completely satisfied. The mattress now looks and smells amazing!

Five stars! Had the best experiences with SN cleaning. After my pup had an accident on the couch, they showed up as soon as they could and left the couch and rug spotless. Not only that, once they arrived they worked so quickly and diligently. I also learned they do all kinds of furniture treatment, mattress cleaning, etc. If you need your carpets or furniture taken care of, go with SN!

They were able to schedule my appointment the next day. Nino arrived at the scheduled time and did a very thorough job on my furniture. I have previously used S&N Cleaning to for years to clean a carpeted staircase in my condo building and always had a great experience. Now I am out of my condo building and in my own home and wanted to clean my carpeted basement for the first time. As usual, they were very easy to schedule with by text and flexible when I asked for the arrival window to be adjusted. They arrived during their window, were respectful, friendly and efficient. Their pricing is always really reasonable, they give a small discount for cash. The carpet looks great, and we appreciate that they do not use strongly scented products that feel "toxic" in the house afterward. We will absolutely be using SN Cleaning again!

Miracle workers!! I had my couch cleaned last year by this company. My dog had a big accident after surgery. I tried everything possible and the smell would not go away. Even after WEEKS LATER these guys came in and got the smell away. He said he couldn't promise a miracle but he delivered one. They saved my couch! Also contacting them was super easy, it was the best price I found, and the day of communication and everything was great. Def recommend.
