Used them to clean my area rug. They came to house and picked it up no problem. Cleaned it and delivered it back to me wrapped up in paper. Very professional looking...still no problem. When I finally took it out of the packaging the tassels on the fringe were damaged. They must have fed the rug into a machine or something for cleaning which is not what I was told. I was told it would be cleaned by hand. Furthermore, the damage was obvious and they had to have known this but they said nothing. I will not be using them again nor will I recommend them to anyone for cleaning.

I brought a very damaged carpet to Pridjian for cleaning and repair and was very happy with the service, professionalism, quality and price. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me several options for the repair and the final product was very good considering the amount of damage they were dealing with. I intend to have them work on several more of my carpets. I highly recommend them

Good rugs are a family investment. They deserve to be cleaned expertly by a quality firm. After some research I discovered Pridjian & Company. Gave them two of our best rugs for a cleaning - their first in probably eight years. Picked them up a week or so later. They were as good as new! A couple animal stains were removed - front AND back! And they had no cleaning solution smell. We couldn't be happier. More rugs going to them in the future.

The story behind me needing Pridjian & Co. Is that went to the Habitat for Humanity in Chgo Heights il area. And found this Karsiran beauty for $50. I knew I had a wonderful find once I got it to a store specializing in rugs and cleaning. So I contacted them for cleaning n deodoranized price quote. During the quick call. The information for a rug cleaning was $250. I Then decided to purchase this beautiful Wool Rug. And to tell the truth it wasn't all that dirty. After arrived w/my rug.
I was told my find was 100 percent WOOL🤩🤩😁 and made to be a patchwork design.
During my Illinois history I've passed this store on 11600 S. Halsted for most of my life. And often their windows would be adorned with these varies beautifil expensive looking rugs. But I've only wished and dreamed to own one of their gorgeous rugs or floor tapestry. You see, I really do love and enjoy a beautiful and colorful rug. Especially for it's coloring and textured feel. Ive had a long desire to buy rugs and then change them out according to my decorating colors or change/in mood.
I haven't picked up this rug yet after it's cleaning but i was told it came out beautiful. I was told after the cleaning they are hung for a long drying period.

Beautiful job of cleaning my Oriental carpet! I was able to bring the carpet in myself and received a generous Cash and Carry discount. The worker unloaded and reloaded the carpet in my car, no problem! He also showed me their impressive carpet cleaning operation start- to -finish, Wow! Everyone here is pleasant and efficient. They also have a large showroom of carpets for sale. Give them a call!!

They are a scam. They never came or give my deposit back. “I will send you money as soon I can with little more for any inconvenience thank you” it’s been a month now. They don’t answer your calls, only keep sending that text . I will report them to the police as they are going around doing this to people

I spoke with her and confirmed the appointment the day before, however she did not show up and did not answer. Reached out for my deposit back and did not get it back until I reached out again 2 days later.

I’m always on the go and I’ve used Maria’s services for 3 months now I’ve yet to be disappointed, she goes above and beyond and will continue to use her services and recommend to anyone looking for cleaning service

Maria and her son did a great job cleaning my house. She cleaned windows. She did top to bottom. She cleaned floors, bathroom, kitchen etc.

She was extremely nice we agreed to her picking my laundry up at a certain time, then two different excuses came when it was time which I was understanding of, but it was the fact that I waisted my time, and once I said I didn’t have zelle nor cash app because she asked me to send money before even doing any services the responses got short smh Something just seemed a little fishy and I wish my time was never waisted! Why would I want to reschedule?When my time was being wasted by giving excuses and barely given a response once I said I didn’t have have cash app or zelle. Make it make since? I was not about to waste my time again no I don’t have time like that. Be blessed. Don’t respond to just have the review, address everything, and just do better.
