Have a great experience each time Maid Pro comes to clean my home. They’re always through, professional, and so personable. My regular MaidPro professional wasn’t able to come during my usual clean, but the company notified me ahead of time and sent a replacement. Lakia was great! She was very thorough, and had great attention to detail. She was also very kind and personable. I really enjoyed her, and loved my sparkly clean home after she finished cleaning. Linda, my regular professional does an amazing job each time she comes, and she’s so friendly, with great attention to detail. I always look forward to my cleaning services. I highly recommend!

We've been using MaidPro for every other week cleans since August (so about 9 months). The owner, Alan, is always very easy to communicate with, and the pros are always diligent and professional. I love how they text when they are on their way and how the scheduling attempts to provide continuity with pros. Anahi has been our pro recently and she is PHENOMENAL. She shows amazing attention to detail; the house is always literally sparking when she leaves. We've had Erika in the past, and she does a great job, too!

I had a deep clean done by Dale and he did an amazing job! Very communicative and friendly. You can tell he really took his time and pays attention to detail. Will be booking again!

Very happy with the service provided. Much needed cleaning for us. Mubarak took the extra time to do a spectacular job. Highly recommend. Veronica the quality manager was there when I was checking on the work and she took the time to go over everything. It was a nice touch and gave us peace of mind that we were in good hands. We will definitely be contacting soon for more cleaning work needed coming up.

Really wonderful experience. Erica and Anahi were both very diligent, kind, and did a fantastic job. I just love the feeling when my place is sparkling clean and MaidPro really did that for me :) Alan was also easy to schedule with/ reschedule with. I will definitely use MaidPro for all of my cleaning needs in the future.

We are very happy with the service we've received throughout the years from MaidPro. Our first Pro, Maria, was extremely thorough and we were always happy with her cleanings. She had great attention to detail, for example, we always appreciated how the espresso machine and toaster oven sparkled like new, and how she regularly cleaned our dish drying rack. We then moved and Maria wasn't available to come to our new house, so we decided to try another company to save a few dollars. It was a terrible idea and we quickly returned to Maidpro. Our current Pro, Grace, is also terrific and equally as thorough. We highly recommend checking out MaidPro.

I have lived in various cities and states over the past couple of decades, and in each one have used cleaning services. Grace from Maidpro is far and above the BEST person that has ever helped me!! She stayed as long as she needed to to make my clean perfect. I can only score her up to 5 but if I had my way she would get a score of 10,000! She was friendly and paid full attention to every detail. I would recommend Grace and Maidpro above all others. I am a client for life, THANK YOU GRACE!!!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience with MaidPro. When I got the deep cleaning the ceiling fans and dusting were not done. For the next cleaning, two weeks later I called and spoke with Deiattra and specifically asked for the cleaning fans to be cleaned and special attention to dusting. Which she said she would note for the cleaners. However, it still was not done and on top of that there were still visible marks of dirt of the floor. I called to cancel my bi weekly appointment with MaidPro. And was told they didn’t want to lose me as a customer and would do the next cleaning for a discounted rate. So agreed to one more try. But when I called to confirm the rate and time. I was told that I wasn’t offered the discounted rate by Deiattra… I am very disappointed in the service and the cleaning at MaidPro.

Had my first maidpro cleaning the other day after having recently moved. Dale and Daisy did a fantastic job. I feel so much better in my new space, know that the last occupants dirt and dust is gone. They were really professional and communicative. I will be continuing with a regular maidpro service schedule. Very pleased!

I've been working with MaidPro Chicago for about three years now, and all the Pros have consistently done a great job! I have a cat, so pet hair was what originally pushed me to get a professional cleaning service. It’s been amazing for my mental health knowing I’ll never fall behind on keeping my home clean!

My current Pro is Nelcy, and I love her! I work from home, and it’s easy to feel comfortable with her around. She's warm, friendly, and very respectful - she always leaves the place looking tip-top!!! I really appreciate having someone I can trust in my space, thank you MaidPro!!!!

Nelsy did a great job in our Chicago apartment, in time for the next tenant. You can tell that she paid close attention to detail. She also took the time to clean every corner, leaving it sparkling clean. I decided to leave her checklist note in the unit, so my tenant can see that it's been serviced and she has the company's information, should she choose to have cleaning service during her lease.

This is my second account with MaidPro, as as I have also used them in our Evanston condo. I've been pleased so far and will continue to regularly use their services.

This is the first time I've used a cleaning service and I can say I'm quite impressed - thank you to Nelsy for the fabulous work, I have never seen my apartment floor to ceiling so clean! She was very kind, patient, and fun to work with. I appreciate her special attention to the bathroom as those are the typical problem areas for me when I do my home cleaning. Quite literally left my shower sparkling. I highly suggest Maidpro's services for anybody needing cleaning services done!

I’ve had two deep cleans with MaidPro, the first being with Nelsy, and the second being a team: Lybert, Trustin, and Maribel. The attention to detail in these cleans is so perfect. My place gets so hard to clean due to our two cats and my partner and I’s busy lifestyle, but they have helped me feel sane and cozy in my home.

The price, considering how much hard work they do, is incredibly reasonable. They also took special care not to leave any doors open for my cats to sneak out. Thanks so much, MaidPro!

We had Grace come out to clean my Lakeview apartment prior to my moving in. She did a FANTASTIC job, was detail oriented and took pride in her work. The before and after of the apartment was drastically different. It was extremely dirty before but her top notch work made my apartment feel, look and smell clean. I am so appreciative of her! She went above and beyond and I would 150% recommend Grace to anyone! Thank you again.

Amazing attention to detail, I have white grout in the bathroom that had soap stains that sparkled after. Had the fridge and oven cleaned and they were treated immaculately.

There was lots of little details too like tea towels turned into a bow, toilet roll folded like a hotel.

Maidpro Lincoln Park team did an amazing job on my first home clean. We were assigned Nelcy V and she was so sweet and very thorough. Highly recommend her and this cleaning service for personalized and detailed home cleans.

We've been using Maidpro for several years now and are very happy with our experience. The owner Alan is super responsive whenever we have had questions or the very occasional issue, and I feel that he really values his clients. We have had several regular cleaning professionals from Maidpro over the years, but our current pro, Erica Joyce, is absolutely fantastic. She leaves our place sparkling every single time and never rushes through the job. We are grateful for the care she takes to make our condo beautiful!
