Great communication. We weren’t able to get the cleaning done before the big snow and freeze but they stayed in touch so we could get it done once it warmed up for a few days.

I wish I’d taken before pictures, so you could see the difference! We just stare out the windows now and can’t believe how clear it is. This photo is through a window, storm window, and screen, and it’s still that clear. Sean and his team were friendly, professional, thorough, and as they were cleaning took the time to install our storm windows properly which hadn’t been done since we moved in three years ago. Price can’t be beat. Love these guys and will hire them every year. Thanks again!

I used Twice As Bright for window washing and power washing and would highly recommend. I coordinated with Sean, and he was prompt and communicative. The team he sent was so hard-working and did an amazing job. When I noticed a streak on one window (the only one I found), they came out to fix it. They also redid my large back window, inside and out, which was destroyed by a rain storm 2 days after they had been washed. When I tried to give Raul $20 for the extra work, he wouldn’t take it! So nice! I’ll definitely be using them again.

The two guys worked well together. We have T wife as Bright come when most of the leaves had dropped. They were safe and efficient. They cleaned up and we will see them next spring.

Solid! I use these guys every fall to clean my gutters. Literally not one complaint. Love that they reach out every year and make scheduling a breeze. I tell them to come, don't even bother ringing the doorbell, do the work and then bill me. So easy to work with!

I looked through a lot of options and arrived at Twice As Brite. They seemed well-recommended, had a good website, and their emails sounded perfectly professional. A three-man crew arrived on schedule. They made quick work of three windows and two balcony doors/windows in our two-bedroom downtown apartment. They were terrific. Very professional. Our windows were pretty awful and now look amazing. I had asked for a rough estimate and the final bill, which I could pay online, was less than the estimate. I will definitely be using Twice As Brite from now on.

Twice As Brite has been cleaning my gutters for years. Alway does a great job on my house and garage. Very easy to work with this business. Sean even calls to remind me when it is time. I highly recommend!

We had Twice as Brite out to clean the windows of our 4 story condo building in wicker park this week. They were very clear in their communication, even arrived slightly early to our appointment (which in Chicago traffic I feel never happens). Upon arrival they walked us through the entire process so everyone in the building understood the project and expectations. When the project was complete everything was cleaned up and there was no trace they were here. Windows look great! Will be planning to schedule regular cleanings with this team moving forward.
