My wife and I used this Company for the first time for window cleaning. We have an older home and the storms and screens are somewhat hard to remove and replace for cleaning. The gentleman who did the service at our house was very knowledgeable and professional. The job took close to four hours and the price was reasonable. We would definitely recommend this company for future projects.

The gentleman that washed our windows inside and out was professional and courteous. He did an excellent job and I will hire this company again for the Spring cleaning. If I could give him and the company 10 stars I would in a heartbeat!

We have a large two-story house and My Window Washing has for the past several years delivered great, reliable, and courteous service for both washing the windows and Fall gutter clean-up. Will use them again next year!

I called today and was told service would be provided after two days. The service was provided today! Gutter cleaning was complete and included downspouts. Photos were provided to reviee the work. Leaves were also moved to the curb. All done while it rained too. I'll definitely use them again.

I've had many issues in the past with gutter cleaning services... including a guy with too short of a ladder climbing on a my very steep roof to get to the upper portion, no way could he have gotten down without the rope i threw him.
This company was hands down the best! Late December and they knocked it out of the park. Cleaned inside of getters with hose and made them shine. I'll definitely use them again.

They did a great job and I have to give a lot of credit to the young man that cleaned my gutters because it was raining on the day he cleaned my gutters and he still cleaned my gutters. I did not expect that. Thank you Sir! Also they came out the same day I called them. Thank you so much!

We have engaged My Window Washing in the past for window and gutter cleaning and found their services and cost most satisfying. Today we engaged MWW for power washing services. We are very pleased withe results. Our home is covered in stucco and we asked the technicians to be very careful about damaging the surfaces. They complied and the stucco, gutters and downspouts look great. Highly recommend!

Second time we have had them out for gutter
Cleaning. Very friendly and conscientious. Took down multiple vacant birds’ nests, blew out the gutters. We have copper gutters so they needed to exercise care; and they definitely did. Very responsive communications in scheduling. Absolutely recommend them for gutter cleaning.

Our home is in Round Lake, IL, in Lake County, IL. The appointment was kept -- we were notified by text as the arrival time drew near. The gutters were cleaned correctly. The gutter screens were reinstalled. The sidewalks and garden paths around the house were swept clean—polite and personable individuals. Reasonable price.

I hired My Window Washing and Gutter Cleaning the last 2 years to clean my gutters. They have done an excellent job each time they have been here. They work fast are very friendly. They removed the leaves from the gutters and took everything away. My Window Washing and Gutter Cleaning are professional and take pride in their work. Great communication from making the appointment to job completion. I highly recommend them.

My window washing and gutter cleaning service response time was great. I like that I was able to submit a request for service online and select a date and time range. The guys arrived on time and notified us of their arrival. They completed the job of cleaning our gutters/downspouts quick and sufficient. I don't know if they used water to clean When the job was completed they rung the doorbell again to let us know they were done. We receive an email with invoice and pics of the gutters after cleaning, which I really like and appreciate. Price was much better than their competitors. Will use service again.

I am BLOWN AWAY by the quality of work provided by this company. I have been embarrassed by my neglected windows and in just a few hours, they all look crystal clear. Grateful to Dom for his efforts. Will definitely be booking again!

[Reply update] I appreciate the reply but just want to add additional context in case it is helpful. Based on my text from the tech, they arrived about 10am (great timing) and finished by 10:49am (based on the job complete text). Apologies for underestimating the time by about 29 min. I was not aware the weather naturally melted so much ice until the job was complete and I received the before and after photos (otherwise you are correct I would have cancelled). I just hoped an honest business would have called me back prior to starting the work to let me know the need/scope has changed. As I would in my own work if the original task was no longer needed or recommended.

[Original review] Reached out for help with ice dam removal and was quoted $800 since it would take a full day. I felt taken advantage of as I’m out of town and with the rain most of the ice melted away and only took 30 min to remove what was left. When I called to discuss a reasonable adjustment given the job scope changed, I was given a message from the manager that there is nothing they can do because they did not have time to schedule other jobs to make up for it even though they agreed the rain melted most of the ice and the full job was no longer needed. Sharing given the dishonest business practice and unwillingness to discuss any reasonable options.

Maria and Joanisa are very professional and reliable. In our experience, Maria is prompt, efficient, and communicates very well. Our space is left looking sparkly clean. Very happy with the service Fresh Tech provides.

I've been using this maid service in Chicago for months, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their team is punctual, thorough, and always leaves my home looking immaculate every time.

I have had a wonderful experience with this service. The person I worked with for quotes and scheduling, Dave has been available and professional. Nina is the staff member who did the cleaning. She and her team were fantastic. They did an excellent job. She was easy to work with and very thorough. An extra bonus - my kids love her too!
Update: more recently I've had the opportunity to work with Leeanna Z. She is fantastic, goes above and beyond and does such a thorough job! I highly recommend her and I am always very glad when she is assigned to us.
