Susanna did excellent work! My bathroom is spotless (my toilet bowl looks brand new lol). Also because my home is on the smaller side and was not so dirty, the standard service got finished with a little time to spare. Susanna then used that remaining service time to clean my visible baseboards at no extra cost. I appreciate that this company is willing to offer service adjustments for slightly smaller spaces that take less time to clean, AND that Susanna knew she could offer that extra service based on home size/cleaning time.

I booked Fresh Tech Maid after a long week and a messy apartment. I wanted help before family came over. Scheduling was easy and the office actually replied fast.My cleaner arrived on time and was friendly. She listened to my list and checked in before starting.
I asked for extra attention on the kitchen and the dog area. She even wiped the dog bowl and the mat.
The chemical free products were a nice touch and there was no harsh smell. Floors and baseboards looked way better than my own attempts. Bathroom fixtures shined and the tub finally looked new again.
She worked quickly without skipping spots.
I noticed details like dust behind the TV and the top of the fridge were gone.
The company also followed up after the visit which I appreciated. Price was not the cheapest in town but the result felt worth it. Overall a solid experience.

Worth every penny. We’ve had our home cleaned twice now by this team, and the experience has been excellent both times. We live in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo, and they typically send two team members who spend about four hours doing the kind of deep clean I either can’t get to or simply don’t want to.

They focus heavily on the kitchen and bathrooms, getting into every nook and cranny. They bring their own cleaning supplies, which are non-toxic and fragrance-free, a huge plus, especially since I was in my first trimester of pregnancy.

The team is always punctual, communicative, and clearly takes pride in their work. We’ve had Kaleigh both times, and she even knew how to properly clean my husband’s music studio equipment, which really impressed us.

I’m extremely happy with their service and plan to continue using this team throughout the rest of my pregnancy and after we welcome our newborn.

ok so i got to say they clean real good and the office folks actually get back quick when plans change. the techs care about details and are kind with pets. house looked fresh and i felt fine with them in the place. overall solid pick.

These guys are great. They always show up on time (I've used them twice), they know their product, very courteous and friendly and are just all around great guys/company.

Counter looks better than new. 5 years of renter wear and tear. Removed. Money well spent.

This company had clean my mattress before and did a great job, so when my puppy recently peed in my bed so I called. They woman that answered was extremely rude. She yelled at me for not hearing me on the phone, completely annoyed I was calling for a service. When I gave here the date I was looking to get my mattress serviced she quickly said we don't have anyone for this date (as if I should have known) and suggested other cleaning services instead of giving me the next best time and date to have my mattress serviced. I give them three stars because the time they cane they clean it well, but it was a very poor experience the second time, and went with someone else.

I give this business a -10. I had originally hired them based on the excellent reviews and prompt communication with owner. After setting up the appointment (a week in advance) I received the confirmation email and work order documents.

Yesterday, when they were supposed to be at my apartment at 3:0 p.m., secretary calls me saying that the technicians are running late.
I asked how late (I understand things happen); and she says "they'll be there probably by 5".

Are you kidding me?!!! you call me at 3 (time of scheduled service) to tell me they'll get there 2 hours later?! even if they had a delay, secretary or technicians themselves could have notify me around 2 or 2:30 p.m.

I left work early just to find myself dealing with an unreliable business AND ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, secretary tells me just to 'go back to work and come back by 5'. No, things don't work like that. I have responsibilities and commitments that I take seriously.

Clearly CSI-Absolute Clean DOES NOT TAKE THEIR CLIENTS SERIOUSLY.

I hired another person who got here ON TIME and did an excellent job.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH CSI-Absolute.
