Was not happy with our prior cleaning service; today was first day with Maiden Poland. Very impressed with the job that they did. Dusted and cleaned all surfaces, vacuumed good at corners. Scheduled more appointments with them.

These girls were amazing! My apartment has never looked so clean. I scheduled a deep clean and every where in my apartment was cleaned - oven, stove, fridge, couch, etc. Gina is an awesome communicator and I can’t wait to use this company again for my next clean!

I have been working with Maiden Poland for almost a year and a half, and I am always beyond satisfied with how they clean my house. The owner is Gina, and she is very quick, friendly, and organized with getting a cleaning service to my home.

The girls that work with Gina know what they are doing. They don’t just show up and clean what is visible to the eye. They will get into all the crevices of your home and clean up all the dust and dirt that you can’t see (but are definitely breathing in). Bathrooms and kitchens are always spotless. Everything just shines brighter after a cleaning by them.

I like to offer my own supplies for cleaning, but if you don’t have any, it’s ok since the girls bring supplies and all equipment necessary to clean. I do a deep clean with Maiden Poland every 3 months and then do my own maintenance in between. I feel it’s beyond worth it to get a full reset every 3 months.

I have also worked with them both in Chicago and now in the northern suburbs. I’ve recommended them to friends who also loved working with them. All in all, you can’t go wrong!

I’m disappointed with the quality of the “deep cleaning.”

There is a clear gap between what’s advertised and what was actually done. Many items listed (like walls, chandeliers, and detailed cleaning) were not done at all. One downstairs room was completely untouched, and instead of confirming, the team just skipped it.

The blinds were only lightly dusted, the bathroom wall still has streaks, and the back door remains dirty.

Michael did an incredible job of cleaning all of the bedroom carpets and a large upholstered armchair! He spent a great deal of time cleaning and I have never experienced such a thorough job done with other companies. I highly recommend Neptune!

Moving is such a headache, but Tanya's team seriously saved us. We were moving out of our place in Naperville and needed a thorough cleaning service. They were worth every penny. The oven and fridge look brand new. The landlord was super happy with the results. Thanks Tanya!
