I love how fast they got back to me and scheduled my appointment. They are awesome at communicating, very professional, and have done a fantastic job with my carpets (twice).

Had my sectional and mattress cleaned with this company. Great communication, punctuality, and cleaning results. I rented out my condo while I was away from Chicago for 5 months and they helped me bring my furniture back to life.

I have had them back yearly and will continue to do so. They do a very thorough job cleaning and get even tough, old stains out, everything looks refreshed (without harsh chemicals). They are responsive, come when they say they will, and charge what they say they will.

Just a quick note to say thank you for another carpet cleaning beautifully done.

I was happy I used their services to clean carpets in my condo. Previous tenant had cleaned the carpets but they did not look clean to me and I was right. Wine stains were removed and high traffic areas looked so much better after EcoPro steamed my carpets.
If I need any carpet cleaning service I will not use any other company.

Great experience with my 5 year old sofa that has seen better days. We have 2 kids and 2 dogs so they literally trashed our couch which we were thinking to get rid of. The cleaning team was able to do a miracle. They not only removed food stains and water marks but also dry wall marks that movers left after our last move. Now since we don’t have so buy a new couch I sincerely believe this company deserves 5 stars!!!

I used ecopro to clean the carpets at my dental office today. This is a service I usually have done twice a year. This was my first time using them and they were by far the most thorough company. They vacuumed, pre-soaked, scrubbed, and then steamed cleaned all the carpets. As a dentist, I really appreciated their attention to detail and level of service. They even cleaned one of our desk chairs for free when they noticed a stain on it. I’d 100% recommend ecopro to anyone in Chicago looking to clean their carpets and rugs!

These guys are the best! I’ve had them do upholstery and carpet/rug cleaning for my home and offices on several occasions now. Love that their equipment is portable. They can also clean delicate materials like wool carpet really well. Will continue to be my go-to for upholstery and carpet cleaning.

EcoPro is a very professional business. They quickly responded to our questions about their services and cost. They scheduled their service at a convenient time for us and sent a reminder the day before their appointment. They arrived at the scheduled time and explained how they would perform the work needed. The work was done in about 1 hour. The rugs and upholstery look great. This was much better than sending things out to be cleaned. We are looking forward to using their services, again.

Just used Ecopro for the second time for annual cleaning of high traffic area rugs and couch. They made it SO easy to schedule - just text them photos of what you need cleaned and they will provide a quote. The technicians are professional and efficient and we are happy with the results. The technicians Igor showed up promptly, they were friendly and professional. After assessing my 2 sofas they explained thoroughly what their process was and got to work. The sofas look brand new and I have 2 dogs. Also the products they used were very lightly scented not like other hard core chemicals used by other companies. I would highly reccommend them and use them

Great service! They showed up right at the beginning of the stated time window and were very kind and efficient. They cleaned my rugs and set them up to dry nicely. Way easier than hauling everything out of my apartment. The products are non toxic and don’t irritate my allergies or give me a headache. I will be hiring them again going forward for my rugs, upholstery, and more!

I was very impressed with all aspects of this job. When they arrived, I was explained in detail how both rugs would be cleaned to include the types of cleaning products, what they are and what they are for. We have a dog that’s had a few accidents and all the spots and smells were removed. In fact, the rugs look better than when we first moved in.
