JAN 2023 I’m so glad that I contacted MB Prestige for my mattress cleaning. Did you know you were supposed to get your mattress cleaned? Well, I didn’t (aside from general vacuuming). Mateo was fantastic to work with, as he was super responsive/communicative and right on time for the appointment. There was no judgment, he knew exactly where the breaker box was in my old building when the fuse blew (expected because it really is super old), he was apologetic (even though there was no need to be!). I will definitely be giving him a call when I need my carpets and couch cleaned, too. 10/10 customer service, cleaning, and problem solving!

UPDATE SEPT 2023: I booked Matt again to clean my rugs and he again did a fantastic job again, providing exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a clean apartment!

My Experience with MB Prestige Cleaning Was Excellent they were very courteous and professional. They did an efficient and thorough job cleaning the carpets in 5 rooms. Matt at MB Prestige was a delight to work with and was the epitome of professionalism from the moment I called for a quote through to the end of service. The cleaning was quick and thorough and removed some tough watermarks on a sofa I’ve had for many years, as well as freshening a used rug I purchased and making it feel like new. This is my second time using MB Prestige and I am very content with their services. They cleaned my upholstered Belgian linen chairs and area rug the first time and this time around they did two rugs and I was pretty happy with the result. I highly recommend Rene (the first time) and Matt (the second time). They are professional, appropriate, and I felt well-informed. Their patience and punctuality is also top-notch.

Matt does a great job! He’s cleaned my couch twice and now my area rug. It’s well worth the money to get things deep cleaned by him. His prices seem reasonable as well. He’s very knowledgeable and professional!

Matt recently cleaned my sectional, basement carpet, dog beds and car. He left everything looking and feeling new and fresh. My dog had a terrible night last night and the carpet was covered with stains. MB Prestige sent someone within two hours of me calling and cleaned everything beautifully, including old stains. I will add them to my list of 'who to call' when I really need someone fast who will do an excellent job. This is a great service and a great company. Bravo.

I was recommended MB from a realtor I know. Extraordinarily professional. Great communication. Did an amazing job. Apparently sometimes stains are deep in carpet that you can’t see and come to the surface with a deep clean. He sent a crew out to clean that new stain as well even though it wasn’t his fault. 5/5 stars. Easily. And will always recommend / use them from now on

I needed someone to clean my sectional due to it being in storage for six months. I also have a dog who often likes to take a nap on it every now and then. I called Matt for his services, the differences were night and day. My sectional looked so much cleaner and the little dog smell that was there was completely gone.
