The service was great, very professional cleaned up the gutters.

Surreal experience…

I searched for a gutter cleaning service and called prime time. Was quoted $150 after describing my home and the gutters. I agreed to a Friday service as my availability was limited.

I was charged just over $183 and the service tech arrived today (Thursday) a day early which was troublesome due to my availability.

The $183 included excessive debris clean up and credit card processing and equipment and safety fee.

Whilst I don’t agree with the credit card processing fee that everyone seems to be passing on to the consumer these days, I have to absorb it.

What I disagree with and why I called to talk to the folks at prime time window is when I called to make a decision I was told one total cost ($150) and charged something else without being informed on the day of (excessive debris clean) and in addition charged an equipment and safety fee. The person I spoke to today to inform of my surprise and frustration wasn’t ready to understand that their sales team could do a better job of communicating the costs when first speaking on the phone and making a booking.

Apparently I was emailed the additional costs prior to the early visit. Let’s get something straight as a customer I was told one price on the phone and that’s the hook…

I was accused of wanting the additional fees back or a refund. Not interested in the money it’s the principal of the added costs after the service is done which could be rectified by a simple apology and a commitment to inform potential customers of the true cost of the quote and ask the customers on the day of the service if the additional work is approved.

Lastly I just want to underscore one thing and I hope the business owner pays attention. Don’t itemize equipment and safety fee. Customers respect the fact that these are a requirement so include it in your overall the phone quote, just tell your sales people to be forthcoming.

I hope the owner reads the review and sincerely makes an effort to implement change.

The workers were very professional, and did a wonderful job and washing the windows. I will, however, say that the company Made a mistake on calling me their final price they did not show me a receipt when I checked out nor told me I had to pay additional fees for using a credit card. I paid a higher price for the service that I was quoted. They did refund the difference after I contacted them. I will give them another chance.

Prime Time Window Cleaning, specifically Roman, did and excellent job. He was here as scheduled and was able to work in additional windows for the common condo area. He was efficient, clean, and very personable. I would not hesitate to call this company for your window cleaning. We only scheduled the exterior and the price was very reasonable. The people doing the cleaning were really good and quick. CS was knowledgeable and responsive. The rating is based on price which increased quickly over the quote. Additionally my appt was 8-11 am. They didn't show up till after 1 pm and I got zero notifications. Instead I was spammed by 3 different numbers and via email multiple times daily to get their service over multiple days.

It was easy and convenient to schedule an appointment with them. Amir, their technician arrived first thing in the AM and did an excellent job. We have been using Primetime for several years and they have provided great service

I have used prime time for a number of years now. I just decided to have them install gutter guards. Their nstaller Josh got them up faster than I thought it would take. The gutters look perfect!!

Yurii was exceptional. I recommend his work to anyone. Hard working with a very positive attitude. An absolute pleasure.

Yuri did a phenomenal job on the extremely dirty windows in our newly purchased home. The home is old, with first floor windows that have original wooden trim, and they had been severely neglected; it was honestly pretty gross. Yuri was thorough with his work and it transformed the house. He also power washed our deck and the concrete around our house, which was great. This was our second time using Prime Time (they also did a great job at our old house that was much smaller with newer windows) and both experiences have been smooth, efficient, and with great results. Would hire prime time again in a heartbeat - highly recommend!

I am a repeat gutter and downspout cleaning customer. However, this is the first time I have had my external side of my window and the my screens cleaned. They look fantastic.

Yuri was wonderful. He showed me the before and after pictures of my downspouts. Amazing. He mentioned that my screen were dirty and would I like to clean them while he was there.

No hard sales pitch, just a question. I really appreciated that.

I will continue to call Prime Time in future. Way to go.

This company will not stop spamming my phone number. I had a gutter cleaning service performed by them on a property over a year ago and no matter how many times i block their numbers & emails, they continue to reach out from a different service. Shady company and the work done wasn’t great whatsoever.

Excellent work, great communication with contractor, easy to pay option. They did a fabulous job cleaning the brick and siding. I definitely recommend. The one thing I will point out is I believe it is a third party contract job. The employee did not know what he was doing besides washing on one side of the house so the communication between the 800 number and the contractor they're using needs to improve.

We have a larger 2-story house, with two downspouts that go into underground drains and need to be cleared out regularly. Prime Time is prompt and thorough, and they take photos of before and after.

Yuri went above and beyond to clean my overstuffed gutters. He was efficient with his time and did a nice job cleaning the windows. I will have him come back in the spring.

Friendly, active worker did thorough job .....BUT Prime not able to listen to the limits of work i was promised!, e g NO window work on top floor ( mine ) and NO clean up after garage gutters cleaned.....why the manager cannot make a list and text or pre write of what to do....
The final invoice was est 20% more than expected but Prime did wave the 4% credit card fee. Thnx Prime.

Business did not disclose hidden fee (liability insurance fee of $7.25) during initial scheduling and when tech called to notify when on the way. The cost should be up front and integrated into the quote given not on top of the quote! Poor customer service.

I called for gutter cleaning and they came out the same day within a few hours of my call. The tech was friendly and thorough. I will definitely have them out for more services.

Excellent gutter cleaning. The gutters of our two story houe were packed with leaves. Josh was courteous, quick and efficient. Great job.

I had New Gutter Guards installed. I thought the Serviceman was very nice and respectful to me. Even though the Price was high, the service was commendable. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
