Prime time cleaned the gutters on my house and garage recently. It was rather late in the season for it but we had snow in our area before all the leaves had fallen. My regular company was no longer able to accommodate me. So, Angie’s List obliged and I could not be more pleased. I contacted Prime Time. Ivan was helpful and efficient and accurate in his estimate. Yuri, who did the work, was friendly, efficient and explained all he had to do. We are very pleased with the entire experience. Great experience with this company. They were prompt, professional, and did a thorough job cleaning the gutters. They made sure everything was flowing properly and cleaned up the debris before leaving. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable gutter service.

Two-story house with front porch and a small utility shed. Paid $600 to have the house pressure washed and 22 window exteriors cleaned. The technician was there for about four hours and did a wonderful job. They did all the right things on a job site, including moving things out of the way and putting them back when done, informing us when they arrived and when they were done, and spending additional time on trouble spots. Siding looks brand new and the front porch is ready for paint. Slight issue with the invoicing, but customer service resolved the matter to my satisfaction and I would use their service again.

Great experience with Prime Time Window Cleaning! From the beginning of my experience, they were very responsive to my emails and used my address to provide an initial quote. On the day of service, they responded kept in communication to update me on their arrival time.

I was very impressed with their company. Easy to schedule an appointment, easy to get a quote, great job on doing the windows. They had one person outside and one person inside and they worked very hard. The result was absolutely amazing. Almost looked brand new and very painless. Reasonable price. They reinstalled screens and storm windows. The delivered product and the process was crystal clear. I would strongly recommend this group to anyone.

This is the 2nd year in a row that I have used Bubbles. I live in an old 100 year old-3 story house that I have just completed renovated and called Bubbles because I knew I would be able to see clearly out of the windows after their services. I have about 30 windows from top to bottom with sliding & french doors. They cleaned all the window and door tracks (it's a few extra $$ to do tracks, but well worth it!) and it cost me right around $300.

My Bubbles crew arrived promptly and got to work. It was a father/son team that worked very fast and efficiently. They were courteous and professional.

I would HIGHLY recommend there services and will use them again!

I had used Bubbles In the past and was very pleased so I called them again. The appointment was easy to arrange and Alejandro was prompt, courteous and professional. He did power washing on my back patio and washed my windows inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend them I will certainly use them again.

Our gutter cleaning was delayed a couple of times because of weather. Today I was called and the crew arrived promptly this afternoon. They performed the job cleanly and efficiently. My husband and I were very pleased with the service and the price was quite reasonable. We expect to engage Bubbles to wash our windows next spring.

I hired Bubbles to wash interior/exterior windows at my 1 bedroom apartment. They did an excellent job! They were prompt, professional, and a great value, I can't believe how good my windows look now!

I was scheduled for a cleaning today--Friday, June 23 between 1-5 pm. At 12:30 pm I received a text message stating that the washers were on their way and would be there in approximately 30 minutes. I responded and said I would be there by 1 pm and received an ""OK" reply back.

After more than an hour later they didn't show, I called to inquire. The person I spoke with asked me to hold to determine why. She came back on and apologized that I had received the text by mistake and that the washers were still at another job and hadn't left yet. She told me I would receive a call when they were on their way. So I waited and waited and waited. Then at 3:30 pm I received a call back with the same person apologizing again and stating that the washers were still at the previous job and were not going to be able to make it after all.

She asked if they could reschedule to Saturday but could only give me a window of 10 am - 3 pm which means I'd waste my entire Saturday (like I already did on Friday) waiting here for washers to show up (or cancel again).

Today was the ONE day that I was able to get away from work to be here to get my windows washed. To say I am frustrated with your company is an understatement.

I still don't have clean windows, I wasted my day waiting on washers who never showed and I have an intense schedule where it makes it difficult to find another day for me to be here to have this service scheduled again.

The only reason it’s not 1 star is I have used Bubbles for years in the past and had good service. Apparently something has changed since I last used them.

Couldn't be more disappointed with the service or actually lack of service. I scheduled a gutter cleaning a month ago, took the day off because my house is within a locked gate...I needed to be present. The arrival window was 10 hours! They never showed up, nor did they call. I got a text after dark, scheduling me for another 10 hour window on the day before Thanksgiving. I called to address the issue and it didn't seem to matter to Bubbles...no apology, no compensation for wasting my time, no special concession. I've used their service in the past, but never again and I'd never recommend them. It would seem the more business some companies get, the less concern they have regarding good service.

Ive used Bubbles twice now and I am happy with both times! This (second) time they had me scheduled for a few weeks out because she told me how busy they are right now, which I was fine with. But then the same day they texted me that someone was in the area and they got get my gutters cleaned right now/same day. Wow. The guy was friendly, did a good job, and the cost was only $140 for my whole house. Will def keep going back!

Bubbles Window Washing cleaned the windows and screens on our 100 year old Chicago bungalow and did a great job! From beginning to end we had cordial customer service. The workers were pleasant and took extra care with our stained glass windows. They also went out of their way to deal with some older windows that are not in good shape. We will definitely continue to rely on Bubbles!

Very easy to work with and schedule. No need to be home if you only want exterior windows cleaned. Extremely reasonable prices. Highy recommend!

We had received a quote from Bubbles and were fine with the cost as we had two good referrals. Bubbles was proactive and reached out to offer to get us on the schedule as soon as possible. When the service person arrived, the first thing he said was that the house was bigger than expected, although we provided accurate description and SQ FT and additionally that window count was more than they understood. This was at the door before he actually walked around the house. He came back to the door after taking notes and informed me that the cost had increased by 21%, and it was only that because he did me a favor on a couple of calculations. He advised that he would call the office and see why we were misquoted and see what could be done. When 30 minutes went by I called the office and was told that we were misquoted. Not that we provided incorrect information, but that we were misquoted and that they could not honor the quote because Bubbles is a small family owned company and the price was just too low for them. I will say that everyone I talked with was polite, not emotional or argumentative. They did lower the price, but my issue was principal. The time we spent getting quotes, accepting the Bubbles quote in good faith, which in fact was not the lowest we received, my time for staying at home for the morning and changing schedule to be able to be home while the work was done. I cannot speak to the quality of their work or how they manage the margins the operate on, but this was a very unprofessional way to manage the situation. Be clear and up front on expectations and how costs may be impacted by how information/data is understood.

I have used this company for over 10 years.The service I received with the technician on 3/11/24 was great. They arrived on time, did a thorough cleaning on our gutters. They were respectful, and took the time to clean up all the debris afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent experience with Bubbles window cleaning. Bubbles has been been to our house twice so far, and we have found them very professional and careful. The gentlemen were attentive to the oddities of our house —dealing with screens, skylights etc. In the interior, they carefully moved anything breakable and returned to its place. They were congenial and pleasant to have inside the house. They worked quickly and efficiently but did not cut corners.

Marco A. and his partner did a fantastic job on our windows and gutters yesterday. They arrived on time and left everything spotless when they were finished. Besides being extremely polite and professional, they carefully protected our floors, furniture, etc. and left the place looking a whole lot nicer. Bravo!!
