I have used Bubbles for years now, mainly for window washing, but they have also done gutter cleaning and power washing for us. Each time I have been very pleased with the work, and the workers are always friendly, efficient, and they keep the work area clean. I have had some issues in years past with the screens not being put back in correctly, but Bubbles was very receptive to my feedback, and the workers this year did a fantastic job.

I had my windows washed exterior and interior. Juan was the technician who was assigned to clean my windows. He did a superb job and he told me to check to be sure I was happy with his services! My windows look great!!!
I will definitely request Juan the next time I need to have my windows cleaned.

Easy to schedule and quick to get an appointment. However, the window washer missed windows and even the some of the ones he did, I could take my finger and wipe away the dirt. The window sills and floor were also left dirty. Now, the ones he did completely looked amazing. I called to let them know and they sent him back without argument. However, he stated to his supervisor on the phone that we were just looking to get another clean after the rain when in fact we called before the rain. He fixed a couple of them and wiped up his mess but I could still wipe away the dirt with a finger swipe, so wasn’t fog between the panes (we do have a couple that are foggy- I’m not referring to these windows). Sad they were not able to remedy the situation or take ownership of the poor work quality.

Update: they sent back a different guy and he did a much better job and was quick!

Amazing and efficient window washing and gutter cleaning. Super punctual. Whole service only took 45 mins. Our windows and screens look amazing!!!

We had a great experience with Bubbles! Juan was our technician and did an excellent job cleaning our window awnings they look fantastic now. He was professional, on time, and thorough. We’ll definitely be using Bubbles again for window cleaning and pressure washing. Highly recommend!

I've used these guys and a few of their competitors in town. Two very important things to mention:
1. They are honest with their pricing (they don't try to charge you 50% more after the service is complete)
2. They do excellent work

They were so fast and efficient- you could tell they were very experienced. They gave me a quick updated proposal price with storm, screens and tracks on our windows. The windows truly seem brand new! Geraldo and Kevin also had to deal with our very old original windows of our 1920 year old house but got the job done with extra elbow grease and good humor. I definitely would recommend this company for your window washing needs.

We had a truly excellent experience with Marco from Bubbles Window Washing--and power washing of our sidewalks. Marco cleaned our windows inside and out so well that it looks like the glass has been removed! They are spotless and let in so much sunlight--just beautiful! I highly recommend Bubbles and Marco. Ciro V and partner Dante From Bubbles were Great! They were better than on time (got here a bit early which was fine with me) they worked quickly and were efficient. I'm a house manager for a family in Chicago. I called around multiple window washing/gutter cleaning services and Bubbles had the best prices by far. They were at the house working hard for hours and it shows. Very kind and thorough staff. The windows have never looked better. We will be hiring them every year to do our windows and gutters.

I contacted this company for gutter cleaning. They called and emailed... and emailed and called. I told them I'd reach back out later for service and they still kept contacting me. Their team that sets up dispatch service is therefore too aggressive dealing with customers. I paid in advance and asked for a quote for a downspout replacement.

On the day of service, the team that came out alerted me to their existence. They didn't walk across my roof as requested. The guy I asked about if the quote would be given for the downspout replacement didn't seem to comprehend my question and kept saying the gutters were cleaned and nothing needed to be replaced. I had to text the dispatcher as a reminder for the quote that I'm still waiting to receive.

Before cleaning the gutters, I told 1 of the 2 guys I'd paid already. For some reason, he left a higher priced bill in my mailbox.

I recommend customers have gutter service done by this company but Bubbles needs to (1) stop hounding people while they're trying to decide to use their service, (2) have people that come to do the job be able to understand customer questions and (3) inform the people coming to do the work when the bill is already paid.

We have been using Bubbles for our gutter and window cleaning for the last three years and have been very happy with their services. Scheduling is very easy, you typically get an appointment within a week of inquiry and the service provided is always on point. We will most certainly keep using them.

I am so glad I found this clean service. I’ve been struggling to keep up with cleaning at home, running my business and having a busy schedule in general. I love when I come home in my home is clean. Thank you so much to the whole team there for getting set up with me and accommodating my unique condo situation with all my plants. They truly have been kind and caring and I couldn’t ask for a better crew to come in and work with me. British has been the greatest. Thank you again!
