I reached out to Action Heating when my heater stopped working and was pleased with their service.

This company is completely unprofessional. They consistently fail to show up for scheduled appointments and don't even bother letting you know when they're running late. It's clear they're more focused on pushing unnecessary upgrades rather than actually diagnosing the issue with your existing equipment. I wouldn't trust a business that only cares about making a quick buck off its customers.
Their complete lack of concern for your business is staggering. When I was told to call another company, it was especially infuriating considering I'd already spent over $2,000 on parts and labor last year for the same unit. Why would I need to spend more money now? The fact that I paid good money to have this system working properly is now irrelevant.
Don't waste your time with this company. Get multiple opinions before dealing with them. They may try to convince you that a new furnace is necessary, but they'll often be wrong. A recent visit showed that a simple part replacement was the solution, costing $150. It's disappointing that companies like this still exist, but I'm relieved I won't have to deal with them anymore.
