The two young technicians appeared unprepared, spent nearly an hour reading the manual, and it was clear they lacked experience. They struggled with the installation, including attempting to force the wrong belt fit, and needed additional parts. After four hours, the new motor started smoking, forcing them to reinstall our old unit, claiming it was defective.

What was most surprising was that they never replaced the motor; instead, they had reinstalled our old one without telling us.

When confronted, they blamed us for not listening. After escalating the issue, the owner called, refusing to apologize for nearly causing a fire hazard or wasting months of our time. Instead, he issued an ultimatum: accept their overpriced proposal or get nothing. No accountability, no resolution.

Seeing how this company operates is alarming – they frequently send technicians without proper training or licensing, putting customers and businesses at serious risk.

Carlos, the sales representative, was the only professional person we met during this ordeal. Unfortunately, his professionalism couldn't compensate for the irresponsibility and incompetence displayed by the rest of the company.

Three months later, we've received no refund and no proper service. Air Flow Chicago has wasted our time, money, and energy while demonstrating zero accountability from technicians to ownership.
