Stay away from this shady business. They sent a technician to fix your HVAC system again, even though you paid for it last time. This guy told you the transformer was busted and needed replacing. Since it's on the roof, you couldn't inspect it yourself - so you had to trust him.

You shelled out $220 for the new transformer, thinking it would work properly. But a few weeks later, your landlord happened to be on the roof doing some maintenance, snapped a pic of your unit, and it looked like the transformer was covered in rust - a far cry from when they told you it was brand new.

I've been trying to get in touch with this company for ages, emailing and calling them multiple times (Maribel's their desk person, supposedly). I sent pics of the HVAC unit with the clearly rusty transformer, but they're not interested in fixing it. First, they said the technician had covid and wouldn't be back for two weeks. Then three weeks later, they claimed he'd return in 2022. Finally, Maribel told me she'd reach out to the owner to help resolve the issue - but nothing's happened. They even stopped taking my calls now.
